I helped my father order shoes from this middle man company. There measures are not comparable to United States measurement system metric vs inches. We use the charts provided for the $100.00 shoes purchased and there charts are off. They will not exchange for a new size and would rather prove you made a mistake than try to send you a replacement. As a matter of fact they will not honor and returned at all. This company is not the manufacturer but rather a middle man advertised as a founder (lol) . Really horrible customer service and really goes out of there way to prove your incorrect. I can express to you not to do buisness with this company due to there inability of offering exchanges if you do make a mistake. There products are cheaply made and charge triple there actual cost. Your better off shopping on Alibaba (offers customer satisfaction or your money back). This company dose not offer reviews, you Really need to search more site review regarding this company.
