Wow it's funny your first remarks is what is wrong this time. That told me a lot. One of tumblers I bought the lid was broke. I did get that replaced. I then ordered another tumbler for my daughter in law and had my name on it. This company's explanation is that there was no name to be put on it and put mine. I told them no, you should have left a name off of it. No response.
