Stupendious Communication
My experience preparing my family book for publishing has been great. Hazel is very organized, very communicative with me as a client, and understanding when I two family members undergoing cancer treatments at the same time. She has been wonderful getting the work moving more quickly so we can finish the project. She is a quality leader on her team, always sharing our discussions with them then relaying information with me. Rachel was excellent at explaining the upcoming book cover and advising about marketing the book, and working within my goals.

There were a couple of spelling errors…
There were a couple of spelling errors in the first version that I noticed immediately. I pointed them out to my project manager and he got them fixed. Even though there was a setback, my experience was good and would recommend them.

Do not hire them for marketing
They give you a good price for the writing of the book, and then hard sell you to quickly pay them 15,000 for marketing. They do a terrible job and then ghost you.

100% reputable and very good at what they do
My biggest concern with choosing a ghost riding company to write my book was that once I paid for it, I would not hear anything further. I am very pleased to say this company is very reliable. They did a professional job in bringing my book to life and will keep in contact with you on every aspect. I would highly recommend them to any person wanting to write a book and looking for help to do it.

Refund Conditioned on Review Removal
I paid a substantial amount for publishing/ghostwriting services and was dissatisfied with the quality of work delivered. After raising concerns, I was promised a refund in writing. To date, only a partial refund has been received, and a remaining balance is still outstanding. Communication has been inconsistent, and I experienced long delays in responses. Most recently, I was informed that the remaining refund would only be processed if I first removed my public review. I am sharing my personal experience so other customers can make informed decisions. If the company fully resolves the outstanding refund, I will update this review accordingly.
