Never use the services from them! They will scam you. You will pay triple the rate for everything and never get any sales. All the marketing is a fake with a fake followers. They never refund you because the warranty they are giving is a lie. They ask you to wait 6 months on purpose and saying you’ll get a traffic but in real it’s exactly the time the bank can’t dispute your claim anymore. I lost $6500k and didn’t get any single sale and employees are constantly changing and leaving because of this.

I signed a contract with them in December 2024 and provided 50 pages of my text for editing. They promised to edit and add another 200 pages. But in half a year, only one chapter. This company is built on lies and deceit. Its representatives are professional liars and cheaters. Nothing they promise comes true. One representative replaces another, new promises, new explanations why they cannot fulfill their obligations, but again everything ends in deception. It all comes down to the fact that they do not have any professional proofreaders or editors. They simply use artificial intelligence and deliberately deceive clients. In seven months of work, only one chapter was edited using artificial intelligence. The quality is very mediocre. When I asked to terminate the contract and return the money, they agreed, although they persuaded me to stay and wait for quite a long time. But after that, they never returned the money in full. They do not respond to letters. Beware and run away!

Ghostwriting Mentors are extremely unprofessional and disregard for my time. The base camp app didn't work and no one participated they were always referring to their time. No transparency and people who called themselves project managers or seasoned writers., in my experience not at all. Also the nondisclosure agreement is not signed by any party working on your intellectual property. I had to jump through hoops to initiate a refund now I have to police my account for 5 to 7 days to reach my bank., a huge inconvenience. They reference their work hours often and have a very slow process not to mention a lack of story writing ability I felt like I was being deposed. the writer kept referring me as the author and writing the book. I did not feel confident working with Ghostwriting Mentors I would definitely not recommend.

I expected quality work from a ghostwriting company that boast of so many awards and acknowledgments. I understand that a first draft may have some grammatical errors and may need edits. However the entire introduction was so awful I actually cried. Examples: 1) Not anymore you have to live with your parents and siblings, and life gets devoid of seeing the similar faces. 2) For a lot of times, I've been asked "what advice would you give to someone going through a newfound adulthood crisis?" The entire introduction was full of grammar mistakes. Most of it didn't make any sense. I was asked to explain what I didn't like about it. I went line by line and gave notes. I feel like most of what I said fell on deaf ears. After three drafts and not much progress, I decided I would leave and just do all the writing myself. Four or five attempts just to get an introduction that makes sense is way too much, especially when it would take at least one more re-write to be worthy of a book. I couldn't imagine doing that with every chapter. I made the mistake of not finding a company that provides a writing sample for a smaller fee. I would have been able to make sure it was a good fit before such a large purchase. Please make sure you get a sample with any ghostwriting company or ghostwriter. I have learned my lesson. I told this company that I would leave with or without getting my money back. The quality of my book was in jeopardy in my opinion. However, they told me I could be reimbursed. They said they didn't think it right to keep my money if they weren't writing. It's been almost a month, and no reimbursement. The crazy thing is I'm not the one constantly calling. They keep calling me wanting to know why I'm not satisfied. I've explained myself numerous times on the phone and through email in response to them. They then say they will call me back to start the process of reimbursement. The next call is why aren't you satisfied. I'm getting the runaround. At this point I want them to just leave me alone. They kept me in the loop by telling me I could get my money back. I'm thinking I need to just cut my losses. I'm hoping my experience can save someone else a major headache at the very least. I'm now being told I have to remove my review in order to get my money back.
