RE: GHOSTERY: This was supposed to be a FREE Ad-blocking service/company. Googled it! When I went to the site it asked for my credit card information, the ENTIRE TIME saying it was FREE!! I submitted that imformation thinking it was required for my free membership! Wouldn't you? I was immediately charged $39.99. And I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THEM: Rude 'chat' person said my money was refunded but wouldn't show up for 5 to 7 days....??? Oh, really? My bank credits are immediately applied. If this doesn't come thru I will write another review AND contact the FTC. The website that showed up on my credit card alert: CHSWFLTG.COM ** BUYER BEWARE!!!!**

They make much propaganda, extolling the virtues of their product. But if I have it on a Facebook gaming site, nothing will load. They told me they don't know what to do about it, but get this complaint, often. If they can't fix this, what good is it?

Ghostery collects personal private information and tries to hide that fact behind legal documents. It's no better than the trackers it blocks. Ghostery even tracks browsing history!
