I bought a studio Ghibli hoodie and the fit and quality was surprisingly good for the price! The customer service was excellent as the courier (Evri) delayed my order so I informed the wonderful customer service team and they contacted Evri and gave me clarity about the delivery and it finally arrived.

Cute and plushy This review might post twice because the first froze. Anyways, items arrived as expected and in great condition. Customer service was quick to answer my questions regarding shipping. I ordered 2 " My neighbor Totoro" plush for grandkids. Super cute and plushy. True to size. Will definitely order from store again!

Ghibli-Merch.com ... so, not going to lie, I did think this was a scam website (after purchasing) because I didn't recieve a tracking number, only a notification it had been processed, and the items are cheaper than elsewhere online with heaps more variety (so naturally, I was suspicious). Anyway, fast forward 4 weeks later, and it's here, and I am actually really impressed with my order. Might have waited longer than most stores to recieve, but well worth it. Will shop with them again!
