Deeply disapointed
The customer service and product quality are generally poor. On my first order, they omitted an item and the T-shirts were of inferior quality. I emailed the company directly without receiving a response, prompting me to contact PayPal. Only then did they immediately reply and refund the cost of the missing item. I did not raise the issue of the T-shirts' quality. On my second order, only half of the items matched the expected quality (as shown in the pictures). The third and final time, I ordered only coffee mugs, as the mug from my second order was satisfactory. Unfortunately, all the mugs I received this time had printing errors. After another unacknowledged complaint to the company, I contacted PayPal again, resulting in a 60% refund. I rate them two stars for their unique and original designs that are not found elsewhere, but there is a significant need for improvement in quality and customer service.
