Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry that your print arrived later than expected and that the packaging and presentation didn’t meet your expectations especially for a Christmas gift for your daughter. During the Christmas period, we experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than usual, which unfortunately caused some delays despite our best efforts. That said, we understand how important timely delivery is, and we appreciate you pointing out the details about the delivery. Your feedback helps us identify where we need to be clearer. That said, we’re glad to hear you had a positive experience with our customer support team and that your inquiries were handled promptly. We truly value your feedback and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to learn and improve. Thank you again for your honesty and for choosing us.

Thank you so much for sharing this thoughtful feedback! We’re glad to hear the upload process was smooth and that the artwork of your daughter and dog came out beautifully. That made us smile. We also really appreciate you pointing out the confusion around watermark removal and the challenges with more complex images like armor and swords. We’re constantly improving and feedback like yours helps us get better.
