Here's a polished version that keeps your experience and tone while improving grammar, flow, and readability. Writing I ordered custom floor mats with personalized wording. They arrived quickly, and I was excited to install them. Unfortunately, I discovered they were not cut correctly, so they would not lay flat. The grommets were also nearly twice the size of the factory mats, so they did not click into place or hold securely. I ended up ordering another set from Lloyd Floor Mats. They also arrived quickly, fit perfectly, laid flat, and the grommets matched the factory mats exactly. Perfect fit. Thank you, Lloyd Floor Mats! After contacting GG Bailey, I was asked to send more than 10 pictures and at least three videos. After all of that, they still refused to issue a refund. Then they wanted me to take additional measurements. They insisted the mats fit, even though they clearly did not, and the grommets weren't even close to the correct size. They claimed that's why they include clips—except I never received any clips. They eventually offered to send them, but by that point I was done. I told them I wanted nothing further from them and no additional contact. That's $125.00 down the drain. Trash product. Trash company. I only wish I had done my research and read the reviews before ordering.

Ordered 2 mats for my new Defender. The cost was just a bit above $100. I received them just now and they look cheap, definitely not what I would have thought $100 mats should look like. I wanted to return, they don't accept returns unless there is a fault in workmanship. Don't buy from these people without a return policy.

I was confused about ordering my Matt. The design picture did not match what I ordered. Very cheap runner arrived. Not what I wanted. These are not custom made. No refunds or returns were allowed. So, they took my money and ran also. I should have checked their rating before ordering.

When I put in the text for embroidery on my Equinox floor mats, it appeared the text was very near the bottom of mat almost under the seat. So I called prior to submitting the order and the lady insured me that the text would be in the middle of the mats. Well, you guessed it ....... the text is at the bottom of the mats. When you open the car door 80% of text is visible. Once you sit down it cannot be seen. She lied to me just to make a sale.

Do not buy anything from this deceptive company. Mats do not fit the vehicle. Mats are rather cheap K Mart quality. These people need to be sued out of business.

Received the Order which the Color was Wrong, I ordered Red Oriental floor mats front and rear. I Received Black floor mats . The mats did not in any way fit the intended vehicle. I managed to reach Customer Service by Phone I was advised to send Photos which I did .I received confirmation that the photos of the mats had been received and a supervisor had need notified and they would be getting mats to me. Then Silence,no emails no calls. Very disappointed with GGBailey especially since 4 years ago it was stellar NOT ANYMORE.
