Don't do it. Contracts for rural dumpsters are 5 years. They maintain that the pickup rate doesn't change, but they will jack up environmental and fuel surcharges consistently and your bill will continue to balloon. Furthermore, to cancel requires a drafted formal written letter sent by registered mail (eyeroll... why not just fax it?). We had missed pickups and 2 week delays due to ice... in Canada... in January.

I had a few pieces of a chair neatly packaged and well within weight/size limits in bin and they refused to pick up. Disposed of in another bin with another disposal company and no issues.

They've skipped trash and recycle pickup maybe 50% of the time. Forcing us to call consistently to get them to come back or just let our trash pile up.
