GFF BrokersReviews of gffbrokers.com

George & Kirk have helped me out on separate occasions. Both of them did a great job and I really appreciate the way they handled my concerns. They took ownership of the issue and saw everything through to completion and a satisfactory outcome.

Rick Kontra, my broker, is excellent. He is very helpful and eager to resolve any issues that I have. He answers all my questions in a timely manner and gives the same attention to all the clients I refer to him.

Highly recommend GFF Brokers and the Global Zen Trader platform. My rep, George, made it real painless to set up my account and trading platform. He is very patient and professional in how he handles his business. Many follow-ups with his concern that everything had been done properly. Great experience with his Tech guys also. Outstanding !!!!

George has been a very good and knowledgeable professional to work with at GFF. He has always been available, and when I needed additional info he was able to get my questions answered. I highly recommend him.

GFF Brokers was referred to me by a fellow trader who highly recommended them. My experience with GFF, namely Patricia and Vinny, has been great. They are very prompt in responding to emails, knowledgeable about the products, and made getting my account setup as seamless as possible. I would recommend GFF Brokers to any trader who is looking for a platform that provides high quality products and a great customer experience.

Great customer support and follow up.

Of the 6 trade desks I deal with (or have dealt with), GFF's is the best. By far. Quick pickups on all calls - very, very sharp people answer the phone. Their tech support is helpful - friendly - and most important, at a high level of expertise. Overall, a great group. From top to bottom, never had a bad experience in over a decade of using them.

I think Vinny and his office do a great job of monitoring accounts. This is of particular importance when using adviser trading. As good brokers should, they do the leg work for us dealing with the FCM's. Additionally they deal with several FCM's as to not lock us into one company. Their commissions are fairly competitive. (Although not our lowest.) I think GFF is a good value for your trading dollar. I would encourage anyone thinking of opening a new account to consider GFF Brokers. Especially if opening a company account.
