Hi Edward, thank you for providing your feedback. Our goal is to provide 5 star service to all of our customers. Please call our office and speak to your broker; he/she can assist with switching to a different trading platform. We are an IIB with relationships with multiple FCMs, so we are able to offer multiple trading platform options through different data feeds. We hope to find a good solution for you.
