The app is forever crashing i can't have a provider visit Hard to get my messages and when I do it seems to be an automated message response and no real people No prior authorization was actually made you'll just be waiting forever getting the same automated response Im truly displeased and will be canceling everytime I ask for a refill they say they are doing a prior authorization to get the med approved obviously the meds have been approved by my insurance to need a refill

Scam Alert – Stay Away! I had a terrible experience with this company and want to warn others. I originally went to their website because they advertised a $39 fee for a consultation and automatic acceptance — which should have been my first red flag. What they don’t tell you upfront is that they will add outrageous charges for medication and a recurring monthly subscription. I was shocked to find that my total came to nearly $1,000 for just one month. I never authorized such charges beyond the initial $39. Since then, I’ve tried repeatedly to contact them — they won’t respond to emails or answer phone calls. On top of that, they bombard me with emails from different addresses even though I keep reporting them as phishing. I've filed complaints with the FTC and attempted to alert others through the BBB (they are not accredited). I also contacted my payment provider to dispute the charges and recommend that they flag this company as a scam risk. Please, don’t make the same mistake I did. Avoid this company at all costs. They are deceptive, unresponsive, and predatory in their billing practices.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I was approved for a medication. I was charged and received confirmation that I would receive my order within 3-5 days. A week after the confirmation email and the app showed the order was still processing. I reached out to my “care team”numerous times through the app. All I received in response were auto messages. I called them and sat on hold for what felt like forever before a human answered. I was assured they would escalate this matter to the pharmacy. Again I received nothing. I reached out again multiple times receiving more auto messages. I finally gave up and filed a dispute against the charges. At that time the “pharmacy” started sending messages. They asked me to withdraw my dispute and then they’d help. I didn’t trust them at this point and am happy that my bank stands by their promises. ***No, I will NOT contact you again at the same email address that I’ve contacted you dozens of times just so you can send more bot messages, waste more of my time, and try to steal more of my money. Buyers -WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAM!

If you used a credit card call the company and tell them that you have not received the product and you cannot get in touch with customer service. They will file a dispute with Zealthy and you will get you refund faster that way! That’s what I did, used my Amex card. Debit payments not sure how quickly you get your money back.

Sign up was easy but I paid for 6 months of weight loss membership plus 6 months of medication fees and was shipped an incorrect first 3 months of dosing which wasn’t enough to meet the required dosing. Then I was double charged each month and when I contacted them regarding these issues all you get is an ai response.

I placed my order on May 8th. It is now May 25th, and the order is still "processing." No one will answer questions, and if they do, you get a beat-around-the-bush answer. I am very disappointed because I paid for everything upfront and almost a month later, still have not received the medication. I am tired of hearing "We will escalate this to our pharmacy" with no follow-up.

Terrible company!!! DO NOT USE!!! Everything started out fine the first month. Then downhill from there. They charged me 4x for my medication this month. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for my money back. I don’t plan on ever seeing that money. I am furious! Customer service is terrible at best. And that is if you ever get a response. Very very disappointing.

They assured me last month that they found the issue for keep trying to charge me even tho I cancelled 8 months ago , they said I cancelled membership but didn’t cancel medication lol , even tho they won’t send you medication without membership, so they assured me they cancelled the medication also , so since yesterday 5/21/2025 they tired 4 times to charge my card for $189 even tho they said they cancelled everything.. that explains the misinformation they give as a reply to customers concerns instead of fixing the issues.
