Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. You will receive no help or support from them the only thing they will do is ship you different meds than what was prescribed to you they will arrive in 5 days not 2 days and the meds will be above the safe to still use temperature and they will tell you to still use them. Just do not get involved in this nightmare

I do see our pharmacy escalation team has reached out and stated, "Your medication was shipped on 04/25/2025 via FedEx 2-Day and was delivered on time on 04/29/2025. Therefore, there should be no concern about the medication being exposed to extreme heat or any shipping-related issues." Do not be alarmed if the product was warm to the touch, as the formulation is stable for up to 21 days at up to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. The ice pack and thermal bag from the original packaging are to avoid excessively high temperatures during shipping.
