Hello Bryan! I am so sorry to hear that you have yet to receive your order. Sadly, we were seeing a delay with orders coming from just one of our partnering pharmacies. We did everything we could to help them catch up, but were not seeing the results we wanted to. We have since partnered with another pharmacy, requesting all orders we sent out ASAP with them. Hello Kala! I am truly sorry to hear that you have not had the experience I hope to hear that our patients have had. When entering your card information, we do let you know that you are signing up for a Weight Loss membership. This gives you access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. Hello Alexandra! I am so sorry to hear that our program is not going to work for you. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee.
