The nurses and staff are very easy to talk to you and help to explain everything with my insulin needle and the correct dosage even sent me a information packet with step by step instructions! It's easy to order easy to get a prescription and not too expensive but definitely paid more out of pocket now I am bringing my insurance to the table hoping that I will be able to lose the rest of this weight
