WORST!! Charging me monthly for something they rejected! I was told due to my age that I was not eligible. Kept sending me multiple emails asking me about how my care was going!! My email responses indicated that I was not on their program....kept receiving the messages! Mindless. Have been charged monthly for services I am not receiving!!

Hello Anne! I am truly sorry to hear that you have been charged for our services when we are unable to assist you. I understand wanting a refund and I am here to help. I have refunded all fees and canceled out your weight loss membership so you will not be charged again. I have emailed you the refund details. If there is anything else I can do to assist. Please feel free to reply to my email. Thank you!

Lydia, when will I be receiving all of the quarterly meds and pricing I signed up for?
I recently signed up for a quarterly membership believing it cost $399 for three months of medication and membership.
Unbeknownst to me the initial $399 dropped off and I was charged a $39 membership fee and $199 for one month of medication.
I made an inquiry with customer service and was responded to 2 hours later with a pricing chart and no explanation as to my what happened to my quarterly membership and the other 2 months is signed up for?

I’m giving it 1 star because they did deliver the medication. However, the “membership” is overpriced and adds zero value. The “team” never responds to messages. The weight loss “program” is supposed to include a coach to help with healthy eating and exercise options, but never replied to any of my messages. I asked to be reassigned and that hasn’t happened either. I pre-paid for 3 months which was a HUGE mistake. Find another provider.

This is my second entry on Trustpilot…
This is my second entry on Trustpilot about Zealthy... I have been charged on my credit card by this company unbeknownst to me for the past year at $135 a month although I had an initial consultation with them in April of 2024 for $49.00. At the time Zealthy informed me that their medical team DID NOT approve my receiving weight loss medication due to not being eligible. I let know that I would not need their services and cancelled... I never uploaded documents or received any medications or services from Zealthy after the initial contact with the Coach.... yet I have been charged $135 a month for the past 14 months when I assumed that this service was cancelled. It was not until I paid off the credit card that I was still accruing a charge from you. I think it is unethical to continue to charge someone for services that did not receive and minimally Zealthy should have reached out to me... I was even aware that I was still being charged... I went on to their site and cannot even remove my credit card information. Zealthy offered to refund 1 month when they charged my credit card over $1,800 for not rendering any services to which Zealthy determined that I could NOT receive. I spoke with a Matt R and a Timothy A in April 2024 - went on to Manage Membership and cancelled.... I recently went on their site again and cancelled since as of June 2025 the membership still showed active.... Also of grave concern is that Zealthy "locks down" your credit card on their site so that the consumer cannot remove it or cancel the source of payment. my last entry on Trustpilot, a person from Zealthy named Lydia responded and said to reach out to her... I have contacted Zealthy at least 5 times and my case was supposed to be "escalated" to their Escalation Team and I've been told that the Escalation team would contact me.... but to no avail. Please see the correspondence below:

You
Matt, thank you for letting me know. Please disenroll me from the Zealthy Program DO NOT charge my credit card for the $699 since the medication was not prescribed. Please confirm that I will not be charged. Thank you, Dr. Daye.

Care Coordinator
Rest assured there is no $699 charge here. when you say disenroll you mean cancel your account?
Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the subscription period, at which time it will expire.

You
I should not be charge a $135 membership since the membership was contingent on my being able to get the injectable medication.... I have no further need for this program.

You will not get charged a $135 membership fee if you cancel your membership on or before May 9, 2024.

Now when I call Zealthy, they hang up on me... This is a Fraud/Scam company and I will get reimbursed as I will be escalating with every agency out there to include social media.

I would give less than a one if I…
I would give less than a one if I could. This company is fraudulent and a scam. I’ve been sending emails for over a month without reply. I’ve done nothing with them and yet I keep getting charged. I’ve called dozens of times. Someone needs to investigate this company asap. I demand a refund!!
Response from ZealthyJun 4, 2025

This is a scam
This is a scam. I signed up for this program and I'm out close to $200.00 and received nothing in return. The in-app messaging is a joke and emailing them to cancel membership and getting you money back is a waste of time and energy. I've reported it as a fraudulent company to my credit card company and attempting to get my money back. Do not get involved with these schiesters.

This company is unscrupulous
This company is unscrupulous. I signed up for two months. My membership portal showed they were charging me more than what was advertised. When reaching out to them, they said that it was the advertise charge for two months of membership and medication. On the day I was scheduled to have an online consultation with a medical professional, I was unable to connect with them, despite numerous attempts through a computer, tablet, and smart phone. The company was difficult to communicate with in general, and I both messaged and called them to cancel the membership immediately as the consultation could not be completed. I recorded both screenshots of the messaging and the phone call. I also screenshot it my request to cancel on the day of the failed consultation. Now I see that they’re scheduled to cancel my account in three months. They failed to respond to my last messages. I’m attempting to reach them by phone. I had no trouble doing so when I was trying to sign up for their service and medication, but now I just get a voicemail box through one of their menu options and no return call. I’m trying another phone number. The call indicated that my wait time would be approximately five minutes. I’ve been on hold now for 20 minutes. Do not work with this company and seek weight loss medication through a more reputable provider.
