I got a discount on my first month's prescription and never got no medicine now they've been still trying to charge my card it's been like 2 months almost 3 months I still never got no medicine I've told them to cancel my account quit charging my card they won't but they still owe me my first month's medicine cuz they took money for that I've tried everything I've tried talking to them I've text them I've emailed them and I get no response so I guess I'm just out the money and they keep charging every car that I've had to get a new card and they start charging that card too

They keep charging my credit card after I called, email and text them to stop and refund my money day 1 and they keep charging my card. I told them to cancel and refund my money, and they never did. This is not good at all. Cancel means cancel!!!

I ordered weight loss shots from this company. I regret ever being in contact with them. They double charged me and I had to fight to get the money refunded. Then I asked to cancel several times and I keep getting charged. I had to stop payment through my bank. Terrible company and nooooo customer service!!!

They continue to charge my card after I cancel my subscription, I had to cancel my card and start a new one, do not give this company your credit card information.

First of all, the phone support is awful. The only time I was able to get through was when I was first signing up. Then they tried to charge my cc $2500 for something they said would cost $866! When I tried to reach out about the $$$, they didn't pick up at all or answer on their app. Beware...

I paid a membership fee and money for a semaglutide compound totaling $670. I was told I would receive a tracking order as soon as it was shipped. Over two weeks elapsed and still no tracking number. I messaged my care coordinator and told her that if I did not have a tracking number in three days, I would ask for a refund. It was at that point I was locked out of my account. Could not sign in. Any attempts to reach them via phone or email produced zero results. I sat on hold for over 30 minutes one day and 15 the next before being dropped. My emails have gone unanswered. I am now filing a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away! Total scam!!

This company is a scam. My wife was charged twice for one membership out of our account. Customer service is terrible while trying to contact them call them multiple times and you get to run around. They will not answer an email I had to cancel my debit card so they would stop taking money from my account. Be aware

Terrible Experience – Never Sent Medication, Ignored Refund Requests I had an awful experience with Zealthy. I placed an order and never received the medication. After waiting far past the estimated delivery window, I reached out multiple times asking for an update or a refund was told they were backlogged with orders but they would escalate – after many attempts I was completely ignored. No replies to emails, no customer service follow-up, nothing. This went on for over 2 months. Eventually, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. What should have been a simple, professional transaction turned into a stressful waste of time. Definitely not worth the headache. I wouldn’t recommend Zealthy to anyone.
