My first order went very well
My first order went very well, quick and on time. My second order, not so well. Delay after delay with the pharmacy, preventing my ability to recieve my order in a timely manner. I still have not recieved the order, and it has me second guessing my choice of Zealthy with all the other providers out there.

Greedy, I cannot order if under 25 days on my sub...…
I cannot order if under 25 days on my plan because of forced renewal. I didn't have $189 and another $129 lying around then. Cannot pay both at the same time. Zealthy couldn't combine subscriptions from 2 accounts, so a problem losing $189.... Switched to Mochi and then Found due to high cost, both of which are cheaper and much easier to deal with.

We do provide bundles that include membership and medication in one charge per month, a 3-month supply of medication/membership, and lastly, the medication and membership being charged separately for those who want it broken up. Not good. Orderly meds is better cheaper
The coordinators and care providers give mixed advice. Nobody is on the same page. I submitted a refill request. 3 days later, they want me to fill out again again BUT 3 days later is when my refill should have been FILLED. 😒 I'm going to switch to orderly meds.com. it's only $199/month. Zealthy is charging $289/month for meds plus $139/month for membership fee.

It is impossible to get a real answer
It is impossible to get a real answer. The text messages and app are not synced, so the messaging is very confusing. I had a communication with a provider and was advised that she would be increasing my dose to 12.5mg and sending within 7 days. I was charged for a higher dose but instead received a single vial with dosing of 5mg instead of 12.5mg. I have not been able to get any kind of response except that I received my shipment on Friday. I did receive a shipment but for about 1/3 of what I paid for. I feel like the texts on the app are actually AI. I am very frustrated.

Don’t give them your card number
The company does not disclose that the monthly cost does not include any medications until your billing information has been given. I canceled 10 min after I found out the true cost but they continue to charge me for membership. Contact has been very difficult and my problem is still unresolved. Keep looking

Be AWARE
I was looking into this and was very hesitant about it. Something was just off and I kept looking up reviews… until one day I saw a review under my name that I DID NOT WRITE….. so I would not trust the reviews you see that are 5 stars. That is a BIG NO.. They refunded me thank god and that is why they received 2 stars, but just be careful!!
