Worst scam ever! I've been trying to contact them and no one answers the phone, it states error when trying to reset your password so you can get into your account and when you click on "contact us" it states PAGE NOT FOUND! I've been charged since February for something I HAVE NEVER USED! I want my money back! UPDATE: June 12 I received all the money back that this company had taken. I emailed the BBB and Trustpilot and my issue was resolved.

I signed up for their membership and chose a product to get more information to see if it would be a good fit for me. I was told they would take 1-2 business days to review and that a certified doctor would go over the medication with me and workout a health plan. 3 minutes later the certified doctor approved and issued the medication out to without my consent in the amount of 329.00. I was never asked about my personal insurance which would have covered the medication. After they took my money they proceeded to then tell me about the medication and side effects. I don’t agree with the side effects and can’t choose to pick a different medication that my body might agree with more. I called to try and resolve this issue and constantly got hung up on or sent to voicemail with no return call. This is not how doctors should treat their patients whether online or in person.

They wouldn’t cancel even though I told them to via text, email and phone. Told me I had to cancel via their website, but couldn’t find the link. They ignored me when I told them that. Told me on phone it was canceled and charges would be reversed. This was not the case. They charged me anyway for the subscription. They ALSO double charged me for the initial subscription fee and first shipment of medicine. I’ve had to put 3 charges into dispute on my credit card and block the merchant from all future charges.

This company scammed me out of $199 for medication. I initially ordered the medication and was double charged so I requested a refund for the second charge. I was immediately ignored by the company for days despite me sending messages through the app, calling three times with no response, leaving one voicemail and sending one email. At this point I wanted an entire refund. Once I sent an email saying I would be taking serious action I finally got a response that they gave me my refund, which upon looking at my bank statement was never received. I reported them to the BBB and opened a claim with my bank. They told the BBB that they were refunding me the “other 199”, and that is the only refund I have received. They lied to my bank and told them the same thing, and I was forced to open another claim with screenshots of their messages proving otherwise. I requested the refund for the medication BEFORE it was shipped. I had no tracking number, no way to get ahold of them, no notification of the package being shipped when I requested this refund in its entirety. I got a email the next day saying my order had shipped despite me saying I wanted no medication from them and that I wanted a full refund. The medication they sent me has not been opened but I’m unsure of how to send it back due to it needing to be refrigerated. It is out of my control if Zealthy chose not to respect my wishes for no product to be shipped

Zealthy is a fraudulent company hiding behind loopholes and crap policies. They stole $199 from me and have since given me the company line of credit”no refunds”. Stay far away from Zealthy unless you want your money stolen with no remedy in sight. The Better Business Bureau is no help either. Hoping the Federal trade commission gets them for the fraudulent thieves they are. Shame on the owner for thinking he is untouchable even after being sued by the government in 2024. I’ll see you and your company in court where I’ll ask for more then $199 in damages and all the stress this has caused me. Should have just given my $199 back. Scumbag thieving businesses.

My bank account shows pending charges of $2598.00. That is 3 times the quoted price. I have called and also left a message for my care team. I need this straightened out. This first impression of your company is horrible.

Posted a review a week ago about what a scam this company is, took money from my credit card before I agreed to their product, they responded by saying email through trust pilot, which I did and now they've gone silent, STAY AWAY FROM ZEALTHY
