I was going to sign up and order but the price to me was a little high, so I decided against it. I never gave it another thought and was looking at my bank statement and there was $135.00 taken out of my account without my permission. I have contacted them twice and still no answer. I was told to contact the Better Business Bureau which I will do if I do not hear from them by Saturday. It says I have a profile and to log in and when I try which I don't remember doing it, it says I do not have a profile.

I was initially enthusiastic about trying Zealthy, but my excitement quickly waned after purchasing a monthly subscription. (I got a discount for 39$). They informed me that verifying my insurance would take 8-12 days. However, after waiting for four weeks and reaching out to them, I received no response. It seems unreasonable for the insurance verification process to take a month, especially considering that after my first subscription it will then be charged over $150.

I started with this company and it was great, 3 months and I was seeing results. I went ahead and got a 6 month membership and was charged for it, and paid in full. This was on May 10th. I am still waiting for this medication.... I have asked for a refund and to simply cancel this membership and now I am being completely ignored. They stole my money, by using my insecurities against me and almost daily I have checked in and gotten totally ghosted by them. PLEASE BEWARE- THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. They were so quick to resound when they were taking my money, now the customer service is not answering my at all. When I called I was put on hold until the line disconnected on me. I wish I know this before letting them take my money, very, very expensive mistake.

If I could leave zero stars I would! This company is an absolute joke, do not give them your money!! They do not work with you, they do not care about anything but getting your money…you will be sorry because once they have your information, it doesn’t matter what you say, they don’t listen and there is no way to get an actual person. Terrible business!

A lot of emails but no medication after 3 weeks and almost $900. Do not give them the time of day or any money.

This company is an absolute scam. I have documented conversations through their portal with their "professionals" who continue to give me the run around and tell me to wait a day or two and then I will get a refund... they have charged me over $1000.00. I have asked multiple times have them cancel and refund and stop charging my card and this last time at the beginning of May they charged me $680.00. I immediately reached out as it put my checking account into the negative and after getting the run around from several people for several days. One message was sent to me saying it would take 1 or 2 days and I should get a confirmation of cancellation and a refund..... that was on May 12th. I have sent multiple messages through the portal, I am currently on hold for the 3rd time today with customer service because each time I get someone to finally answer that hear my issue and they put me on hold and then hang up on me. There is a class action lawsuit already out there that I will be joining. Save your sanity, money, time and do not do business of any kind with them. They should be shut down immediately

Double check your bank statements and ANY cards ever used. You can't PAUSE your membership, they will charge you and as they did me....they double charged a monthly membership even though the "coach" has been out of office for 3 months. Also your prescription plan will highly increase each and every month. Also good luck ever reaching customer service as it's automated then after 20 minutes you go to voicemail. Chatting aka messages is a joke bc they never will resolve your issue. Check your account balances as they will SCAM YOU !
