I signed up got ignored still waiting on a refund for my $249 they just keep saying someone will call me back I have now threatened legal action. Zealthy is a scam

I filled out their online form but never took the final step to actually order the product. They charged my card anyway and never sent me the product. I called them asking for a refund. They said they'd cancel my prescription and issue me a refund but didn't. My last resort was to call my credit card and dispute the charge which may take up to two months to resolve. Don't trust them and certainly don't give them your credit card info.

The medications work fine and there are other companies that can administer them at the same price now or cheaper. The problem with Zealthy is their number one goal and priority is to scan your card as you can see from all these bad reviews. Beyond that they don’t communicate with the pharmacy about each patient or have a good system to assist patients.

I dont give less because its not available... These people are thieves. I was trying to get pricing and stupid subscription got activated, as soon as I realized it, I emailed them right away [less than 5 mins] and they say they can cancel it because I saw providers. Bunch of liars... I didn't see anyone... nor I want anything to do with this company at all. Update: No, your rep did not speak to me because I message about the charge right away... you are talking about last years incident, which I didn't like the experience. Yes, I disputed the charge because I tried via email and your rep ssaid you couldn't refund me.

worst experience ever !! they trick you by making the website confusing and hard to navigate , then once they get you cc info they put you on auto renewal and start charging you every month , they still owe me $133

If I could give them zero stars I would. Once I had already given them my CC number I decided not to move forward with them. I assumed that since I never got through the approval process I would not be charged. But they have tried to charge me every week for the last couple of months. I first tried to cancel the "subscription" on the website and when I finally get to the final "unsubscribe" button, the gear just continues to turn without ever going through. I reached out to their support email probably 15 times with no response back. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one due to the fraudulent charge. When I got my new one they keep attempting to charge that too. I have had to call the bank twice to have them block the transaction. I tried to call Zealthy once and was on hold for over a half hour and had to hang up. The second time I called and got through and demanded they remove my payment information from their system and was assured it would be. The attempted payments didn't stop. Now I am attempting to call for a third time, both to my bank and to Zealthy. It's so frustrating and such a racket. Don't use them!!!

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I was suckered into it, like many others, on Facebook. Went through the motions, was charged $39 and then I stopped. I stopped because it's not $39, as falsely advertised, it was going to be much more. I never created an account, I never went past them charging my card $39. And yet here we are, months later, and they continuously try to run my credit card. I've emailed. I've called. I get the same canned response telling me to login and cancel my account. Again, I never created an account and I never will. Who knows what would happen if I did? All I know is I am on my 2nd credit card because of this fraudulent company and I am consulting with an attorney.

If I could leave a zero star I would. The correspondence with the company was trash. I was charged 4 times for my initial payment. After that was squared away I was getting messages saying that I needed to update my payment information and the link provided brought me to a page that said "this page cannot be found". This continued with everything they sent me. Every link they provided to obtain information about my account brought me to the same dead page. I've called them with no solution to things and have even had them call me asking for a completely different person more than once. Their systems are clearly unorganized and their website is atrocious. Also they are so much more expensive with their monthly membership fee above the cost of meds (that wasn't clearly explained when I signed up). And they obviously have room to spare because upon my cancellation, they offered the same medications for a fraction of the cost. I never felt important as a customer until I asked to leave. There are so many other options out there, I highly recommend finding another provider.
