If you love your money dont use this company. I've only been with them for a week and already got over 600.00 stolen from them. Called pharmacy where they sent my prescription and they never got a PA like this scamming company said they got so they can steal more money out of my account. They went ahead and took another 329 today 6/18/2025 without my authorization. Before this they stole 216.00 yesterday and 3 days ago 39.00. Now I have to go with the inconvenience of canceling my card and wait for a new one all because I didn't do some research on this scamming company.

I wish I would have read reviews- I clicked on a link for an ad that said I could get locked in at a discounted price for tirzepatide. I go through to claim this price and am charged $39. When I choose turpitude as the medication I want, it takes me to a check out page to check out for almost $900 for 3 months, which I chose not to sign up for. I asked for a refund of the $39 and am told it is not refundable- I tell them I signed up for the low advertised price and could not make a commitment for the actual cost. The next month, I get a charge for $135 even though I never set up an account or had any interaction with a healthcare professional. Terrible. Not sure how to reply other than update my review- if the issue gets resolved, I will change my star rating. As of now, the only communication I’ve gotten about a refund is that my “request” for refund was forwarded to the patient experience team.

Won’t respond to messages OR phone calls, paid for a full year membership AND 3mo up front May 14th, and still don’t have ANYTHING! They keep saying they’ll get a manager to escalate it, but then nothing happens and no response! They are THIEVES…. DO NOT USE ZEALTHY! I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Zealthy has been frustrating and disappointing. After subscribing and paying for medication, I spent eight days trying to connect with a prescriber. Despite using multiple devices, browsers, and following every troubleshooting step offered, I encountered the same error message repeatedly. None of my scheduled meetings took place. I reached out to Zealthy’s support team multiple times. They responded by repeating the same instructions, showing no real intention to resolve the issue. Even more troubling, their customer service line promised a four-minute wait, but kept me on hold for over 50 minutes before disconnecting. I have now sent three messages, including a formal refund request, with no response. The platform presents itself as a partner in health, but my experience has been one of wasted time, lack of transparency, and a total absence of accountability. I urge others to proceed with caution. Zealthy may not be the reliable healthcare partner it claims to be.

This company is a total scam. I signed up thinking I could apply my insurance after the initial consult. That was a lie. The consult was pointless and my bank disputed the charge right away because the whole thing felt shady. I never submitted a prescription request, never got medication, and yet Zealthy kept trying to charge me 135 dollars again and again. My subscription was cancelled but they still attempted to bill me. Customer service is a joke. I received the same copy and paste response multiple times. There is no way to delete your account or remove your payment info, which is absolutely insane and unacceptable. I’ve reported them to the Better Business Bureau and if they try to charge me again I will escalate it further. This is not healthcare. It’s a scam dressed up as telehealth. Stay far away.

In APRIL I cancelled within 20 minutes of subscribing and I had not chosen a medication yet. They charged for membership and meds. I never received goods or services. Lots of lip service AND they are still trying to charge my card which is blocked. Very unfortunate.

I've lost 50 lbs, so this is not about the treatment itself. Their response rate is incredibly SLOW, and I repeatedly get the same copy+paste form responses or NO respose to my questions at all. Repeatedly asking them to call my pharmacy to approve my RX when I've been out for DAYS and they don't respond at all. Switching to another provider - don't wastee your money with them.

Absolutely horrible. First, the app and website are terrible to navigate. The chat suck and takes you to the top every time and sends multiple messages. Second and more importantly, I paid $1000 for a 3 month supply and somehow it still hasn’t shipped to me and they are “working on it.” It’s been 3 weeks. I’m reporting as fraud and canceling my membership. Hi Carl, thanks for the reply. You’re the first person to actually reach out to me despite multiple calls and emails. You said to reply directly here, but there is no reply option and you left no email so I am updating this review with my reply. I have called and emailed and no response from a coordinator except saying “do you want to refill your prescription?” With a link or “we are working on it.” When I clearly have already requested and paid to refill my prescription. I’m told I would get a call back after leaving phone messages but never received. I truly don’t believe I will ever receive this medication, and now I’m late on doses, so that is why I am canceling, on top of poor customer service. I also get charged a monthly subscription of $135 to have a personal health coordinator… who has never answered a single question for me lol. So why would I start another email thread with someone else from your service that is not going to reply. Y’all are overpriced and underserve. No one should use zealthy.
