They don’t text back

I was referred by a friend to use Zealthy to get medication for weight loss. I was excited about my new journey. The experience with contacting customer service and their providers is HORRIBLE!! I kept getting messages about a medicine follow up and I did my due diligence of providing updated information and the answers that they needed. It’s been nine days since I’ve asked a question with four follow ups, and I have still yet to get a response. If you want a timely manner response I highly suggest not using Zealthy. I won’t be referring them to others.

I would give it zero if possible. The good reviews must be fake. Responses come quickly because they are automated and rarely answer the question. Over a month and no meds. You will over and over get the same automated response that they have escalated your case to the compounding company. I mean, look at their responses to the complaints on here. Those are obviously blanket automated too. DO NOT fall for this scam.

Absolutely horrible, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Zealthy seems 100% like a scam. The first 6 months I had somehow I got signed up for a second treatment plan, and billed for it which I never requested. After arguing for a month I finally received a refund. I gave them another shot and signed up for a 6 month membership and medication, 2 weeks later I was billed a second charge for $1200. The care team and Zealthy went back and forth with me for 3 months and all they would refund me was for the “membership” and they claimed the medication was already shipped which it was not, after I realized they weren’t going to refund me for a fraudulent charge I then started requesting a letter of medical necessity to submit to my fsa seeing that my card had gotten locked because of the charge. It’s been 3 months of me asking every day now and I still haven’t received anything from them. After 2 or 3 days they respond saying “Your provider will reach out within 1-2 business days, they are running behind currently.” And the provider never does. I have been scammed and they have stolen $1200 with absolutely zero help and zero ability to get my money back or my card unlocked. STAY AWAY

Horrible company. I originally put thier promotional down payment of $39 on my card, then gave it a second thought and sent an email canceling. I thought I was done. But no refund was sent and I received a charge of $135. I responded by contacting customer support where I was left no choice but to leave message after message. No reply was given. I received a third charge the following month of $135. I have never spoken to a doctor or NP, nor have I received any prescriptions. I have left three messages as they are never available to address customer calls it seems. I’ll have no choice but to contact my bank and cancel my card. Zealthy, if you can read this, I’m definitely coming for you. What a deplorable business.

They supposedly are there to give you support and answer questions, I have asked several questions and it seems I get an AI generated blanket answer that doesn’t answer the questions. The only regular communication I get from them is to update my billing info, I get this because I locked the card I put it on and won’t unlock it until I get answers. It’s been months asking and months with no real answers

First, I think it’s disingenuous to charge someone’s card before you even finish filling out the form. I was half way through when I changed my mind. I NEVER finished setting up an account. I was bombarded with text messages. I repeatedly said I do not want this. My $39 was refunded a few days later. Today my card was charged for a monthly membership of $135. I immediately contacted my CC company to dispute. “Have you contacted the company?” I did so. I had no account information what-so-ever, but they told me I had an active account and I needed to login to cancel/manage my membership. Why does anyone need a membership to buy medication. ? I’m not finished with them yet!

Today, is June 18, 2025. I have not had a good weight loss experience with Zealthy. I have not received any services, just emails about nothing. I've ordered my prescription for Tirzepatide on May 28. I have yet to receive my order. It says pending when I was guaranteed to receive it within 7 days. I signed up with the program on March 31, 2025. All Zealthy has done is charge my credit card for membership with no services. I have gained more weight waiting on my prescription that I have to work harder to lose. I'm not new to weight loss programs. I was on Semaglutide for over a year and had great results with a local weight loss clinic here in Baton Rouge. I wanted to look at options to reduce my fees due to the doctor visits in person which is hard for me to attend based on their availability. I thought Zealthy would be a better fit for my schedule as a business owner. This has been the worst investment I've ever made. I canceled the subscription once and everyone begged me to come back to give it another chance. I did and it was more of the same and worse. No communication regarding the issue at hand. My prescription is still pending and I paid for it well over 10 days ago. Everyone is passing the buck and no one has addressed my concerns at all. I've asked for a refund and no one has responded. I am cancelling my membership again and I refuse to give another dime to this company for another chance to steal my money. Please stop trying to charge my credit card for membership. I cancelled the plan. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would be kind enough to respond and refund my money that I have invested for nothing. I'm requesting a full payments of $437.20.
