I did not receive my vial in time to continue my injections. Communications is not good at all.

Not impressed after signing up...
I signed up, paid and scheduled my first video appointment. No one from Zealthy showed up, so I rescheduled with a different provider and again no one showed up. I sent a message on the app about my concern and called and left a voice message. Finally complete the video call 4 days later. The provider said she would send me a price list right then and more than a day later I've yet to receive anything after sending several messages asking about it. Lastly, I feel like what is offered through Zealthy and what is advertised is written in such a way that it sounds like a GREAT offer and program but when it's all said and done it's no different that going through a regular doctor that specializes in weight loss and just as expensive. Also, they said I'd have to get a pre-auth and be declined on 3 medications unless I wanted to begin with a non-FDA approved compound...and each pre-aut takes up to 14 days. That's a month and a half paying for services which is pretty much doing nothing but waiting. My advice is to ask a lot of questions...sorry to be so negative nut this is my 7-10 day experience being a member of Zealthy. Hope it changes.

Horrible communication
Horrible communication. No weight loss even after spending almost $700. Use with extreme caution.

Please keep in mind that every single person's body is different, and some may see results right away, while some bodies may take more time. I highly advise that you work 1x1 with your provider to ensure your prescriptions is correct. Also, work directly with your weight loss coach. Over charged and no meds
I paid for my prescription when signing up for three months it took two weeks to even get someone to get me prescribed medication Then when they charged me again twice! So now I am waiting on $1100 reimbursement. Customer service is not great via the app. No one reads notes or must update acct notes I will never use them again. Honestly horrible

Expensive and No Follow-u
I lost weight on the compounded Tirzepatide. No support from provider from the start. The amount I spent on my 4th and final order from Zealthy was over $2300. I received no medicine in the first shipment but did not know to take pictures and verify every shipment, so my fault and was offered coupon on a new order. Received only 2 of the three vials of medicine in my expensive last shipment. Had a friend intercept shipment since I was traveling. They did not know to take pictures and verify every shipment like I learned on the first shipment. I gave two stars because I lost weight and it was easy to sign up and get approved. "IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE USE SOMEONE BESIDES ZEALTHY N YOUR WEIGHTLOSS JOURNEY". Now I have to try another company for maintenance scripts.

APP & Computer not synced
I signed up and put in my insurance information & my health insurance debt card and got an email that instead of 1/4 deliveries I could do monthly. Well I am now harassed by emails, phone calls and messages stating that my card needs to be updated because it did not go through. I got my meds and the credit card receipt for the charge. They also keep telling me my insurance information is not found and I have uploaded it 3 times to the portal. The APP and the computer portal do not speak to each other, so if you sign up on the computer the APP doesn't work. They need to get their act together. The amount of phone calls a day regarding this is bordering harassment.

Don’t be fooled
Don’t be fooled. The low cost is a membership for the site, not the medications provided. Though I had clear examples of my request to refund and cancel prior to any plan set up and coordination, they continued to refuse. They pocket your money not caring at all.

Hey Yadii! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion about our weight loss program. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee ($39 first month) to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and, if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication, which comes at a separate fee.
