Horrible customer service. Automated responses for everything, no real person to contact. Not even sure if the doctor is really messaging you or if the app has some AI.

It is taking extremely way too long to get my prescription refill. Order placed on May 8th, initiated by Zealthy on May 28th and I still haven't received them

The app has tryd too charge my card over and over again and there is no way too stop it from the applications reading some of the reviews has me worried I think I'm going too can el this and enjoy my life being a lil bit overweight..... I've messaged and messaged put this up too get the response of message me again via email fix the app once my medication arrives I'll change these stats after reading this your response should probably be we have fixed the issue we apologize not some feel free too explain this again I'm just so glad it didn't actually get money off the card because after reading some of these reviews it don't look too good.

Been using Zealthy for more than 8 months. For my last order I paid for 6 months of medicine. The pharmacy sent me 3 months due to expiration dates and said to let them know when I need my pre paid refill. I called, texted and emailed Zealthy to get my next refill. The pharmacy says they can’t refill, I have to ask my provider. I have tried to get a hold of the provider but have only reached customer care. Customer care says I need to contact the provider. I explained that the website is not allowing me to contact anyone but customer care. It has been three weeks that I have attempted to get resolution. I have spoken or text/communicated with at least 4 customer care reps. When I call, I get the automated answer that some one will get back to me in 3-5 days. I have ask for a provider or supervisor to call me or text me directly, but so far no luck. I have sent return text and email messages to prior Zealthy communications, but have not gotten any response. I was very happy when I first signed up, but am now thinking this is a scam. Lots of companies that provide online medication. Be wary of Zealthy. They need to refund my money or send me my next three months.

If I could give them a 0 I would I canceled my subscription long before they processed anything they kept coming back offering me deals I kept saying no just cancel and refund my money this went on for 5 days and now all of the sudden the product has been processed and shipped I told them I been telling you to cancel since before all of this happened now they refuse to cancel my subscription and refund my money RIP OFF

Everything is easily accessible and runs smoothly for the first prescription. Refills never arrive and no amount of phone calls or messaging in the app yields answers — even after multiple missed doses. Zealthy continues to say the issue has been elevated to their pharmacy team who will reply in 1-2 days. Follow-up never occurs, just another round of “your case has been elevated” and you’ll hear back.

I was checking the app on a Sunday 6/15/25 to see if pricing had been adjusted, as I previously canceled my membership in April due to the cost (never had a problem until now). While browsing, I realized I couldn’t view much without reactivating. I clicked “Reactivate” to explore further, but was not informed that doing so would immediately charge my card $135. This charge was made without clear disclosure or my express authorization. As soon as I saw the charge, I immediately canceled the membership again, Because I don’t want to be a customer again, I just wanted to seeing the pricing. Since this all happened and I did not knowingly authorize this transaction, I am requesting a full refund of the $135 that was just charged to my account. I gave you all 5 days with no response back to 2-3 emails…I’ve also filled a report with BBB.

My wife has been charged $866 4 times in June 2025. She has asked that the company straighten this out but there has been no response. She is going to go ahead with fraud procedures with the bank.
