If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve had problems with this company from the start. From bad communication to super delayed shipping times. Any time I’d call I would wait on hold for 30+ minutes just for them to answer then hang up. Would not recommend them to anyone. Such a waste of time and money

i have had communication problems with zealthy from when I first applied for a prescription for weight loss products... The customer service phone number is never answered.. emails unanswered.. I have been charged for products I never received A recent review of my ban statements indicates they continue to bill me for products services never received.. A total rip off scam company.. I CONTACTED THEM FOR INFO. AGREED TO PAT A $39 FEE WHICH WAS FOR NOTHING. THEIR AD'S INTENTIONALLY CONFOUND THE COST BY MIXING MEMBERSHIP AND DRUG COST. IT IS DECEPTIVE AND A SCAM. I WAS NOT INTERESTED, YET THEY CONTINUED TO BILL ME $135 FOR THE NEXT MONTH OF MEMBERSHIP . I NOTIFIED THEM AGAIN TO CANCEL AND DEMANDED A REFUND. NOTHING! LIKE THE SCAM COMPANY THEY ARE I WAS BILLED AGAIN $135. I HAVE PAID OVER $300. FOR NOTHING. I WILL CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND VICE THIS EVERY PLACE I CAN. THEY MUST BE DESPIRATE.

I ordered Zealthy thinking that it would $130 for the medication as advertised and it would be $39 a month to keep my subscription I know it was a limited time deal so I was thought it would go back up once the trial period was over. They tried to charge my card over and over for $459 plus $39 they had for my subscription. I tried to dispute it and they claim no refunds. Mind you I didn’t receive any medication, this is a SCAM. I know you want to lose weight but going to your doctor is the best option because predatory companies like this take advantage of you. This is a disgusting brand. I called my bank and disputed the charge. They suck.

Hello Leza! I am truly sorry to hear that there was confusion on how our Weight Loss program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested,d your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee.
