Money Grabbers
Was looking for information online and had to submit for a membership only to find out medication was too expensive. Tried calling to see about getting my money back for the membership and it didn’t matter which line I chose….got a recording saying average wait time is 6 minutes. I waited close to 15 minutes each time and no one ever answered the phone

Hello Pam! I am truly sorry to hear that there was confusion on how our weight loss program works and that you have yet to receive help from our team. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. Ohio Attorney General is getting a complaint from me
Im still waiting for meds. Nothing! They took $670 out of my account. I never talked to a doctor or even got a prescription. I will be filing a complaint wurh the BBB, which Zealthy is not even accredited. I will also be contacting the Ohio Attorney Generals office to file a complaint. This is criminal.

Lies
Lies, lies and more lies. This company horrible communication and nobody documents anything. You keep sending information and they keep starting over. They went back in my account after this stupid membership fee ( $130.09 a month! No meds just to take your money!) so I filed fraud with my bank. Stay away from this company! Far far away!

I paid for 3 viles total. i only got the one which took a month of waiting, and now that im done with the first one i have no idea where the other 2 are. they have absolutely no idea how to respond to my requests, i asked them to call me they said they "attempted to" which was a big lie cause i have no calls from them, and on top of that their responses are generic. its clear that they have no idea what they're doing.

Worse company they take your money…
Worse company they take your money upfront send expired medicine wont give you a refund or a credit they sent not what was prescribed or what was agreed upon twice and the last month it took over one month and i still have not received my medication and they will not refund your money or credit you if you have issues with them they will not do anything to pay for their mistakes just keep apologizing if someone gives you almost $1,000 you should deliver with the best customer service and their service is horrible buyer beware im supposed to get

First order (and only) still has not…
First order (and only) still has not arrived. I have written to them at this point daily with basic ai responses that “your order will take 5-7 days” every day that I ask where my shipment is. I finally received a phone call weeks ago that said they are moving my order to a new pharmacy due to the delays, and should be 5-7 days (again) their standard response. No escalation or expedited service. I have been writing every single day to the chat with again same 5-7 day bullshit. That’s why I’m writing here so people can see don’t work with this company.

Never Shipped Order, Poor Communications and No Help
Submitted an order early May and never received medications by end of June. All communications were generic and unhelpful with no detailed responses. Lots of promises that required upfront payment. Ended up canceling order and associated membership. Now they are trying to charge me daily for a full monthly membership and even though that was also cancelled. Incredibly unreliable company for something as important as medications.
