I canceled my order right after making it let the team know I wanted to cancel originally wanting to change prescriptions. They ignored my request refuse to refund me keeping in mind I never spoke with the doctor they than sent out the medication clearly way after my cancel request pre-tending like they didn't recieve my request though I sent it out to 3 different people. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. IF YOU LOOK AT THE BBB WEBSITE THEY ARE PENDING GOVERNMENT ACTION. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE STILL CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD AND THEN TRYING TO TELL ME THEY ARE NOT. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Like some of the other people have said. First month was good. Used the medication and then we relocated for work to a state that they do not cover. We thought we had canceled our membership as we were no longer getting the medication, but they continued to charge the monthly fee. Now we are in the process of fighting with them to get a refund. We put in a refund request with customer service and after two weeks of no reply I reached back out and they told me they couldn’t find my account. Which is funny because they confirmed my account was canceled in the original email. Now they say their “systems are down” and it’s crickets. I would stay very, very far away from this company.

This company is a SCAM! Stealing people's money, never sending the product and adding erroneous charges whenever they feel like it! Stay far away!

Scam, took over $800 for a 3 month prescription, sent a broken bottle, then silence from them. They cut me out of the app. Total scam. Don’t waste your money or your time

Zealthy's care coordinator team completely abandoned me after I stopped responding to their medication (and ultimately fell extremely ill) and then charged me a monthly fee which they did not have my consent to charge. Kelsey A was my care coordinator and she was extremely neglectful; avoid her and the company at all costs.

Zealthy seemed great at first, I signed up for my first 3 months and got my 3 months of semaglutide. I followed the doctor's instructions and started my weight loss journey. When it came time to renew, my insurance approved Wegovy and I paid for another 3 months...that's when things went to hell in a handbasket. Talk about run around - this company is worse than buying a Chanel handbag off of Temu. I called the 1-800 number more than once to try to get some sort of response only to be on hold once again while I'm typing this review. June was nothing but "I'm sorry, your PA is extremely busy with clients and will respond soon" or something of that nature. As far as I am concerned, I need a refund for the entire journey. They're response team on the PA side is horrendous with their copy/paste responses - the health coach, Simone, is amazing at least.

Fffffff this company . First with the lame ass “coaching” fees then the reminders to order your refill to have jacked up the price and then after almost 6 weeks no refill . Oh but wait daily messages to remind me to order ??? Wtf several messages to escalate my order from the pharmacy then they just quit responding to me let’s see how long it takes for a refund Find another company they are horrible
