Total scam ! Meds don’t work , they charge you card continuously, first two times with me was within 3 days of each other , I never gave them permission to do so or agreed to auto renew . They got another payment and never sent meds . Had to turn off my card . They never answer the phone, I would be waiting at times for 30 minutes and give up . No response to emails either . I did contact the BBB

This company is a scam! They billed me three months in a row and I haven't received any medication! They keep giving me bullshit excuses! Do not use this company! I wish I could give them 0 stars! I have reported them to the BBB.

Over a year this company is taking money from my bank even thou I had cancel my membership $135.00 yes a account that I don't use often .I don't know how to cancel, since sept 2024 to until now.

Zealthy is a scam . They mislead you into thinking you’ll get medication for low cost . But they charge you to just use their service on top of a different medication charge . Then they harass you to buy the medication without insurance . They say they will process your insurance but dont ever update you . They just keep asking you to buy without insurance. Then when you cancel they ask you over and over why you canceled . Then they still charge you the 135$ when you didn't sign up for anything additional and you canceled your subscription. The customer service still tries to get you to buy the meds when you made it clear you want nothing to do with them . They say they will have to escalate your request for a refund to a different team and its undetermined how long it will be before they get back to you . This company is a scam and absolutely horrendous.

I never went through with an appointment or service. They have charged me $135 twice and refuse to answer the phone or respond to my emails. I gave them a month and still did not make it right. This place id a scam. Don’t give them your card information

I sure wish I would have read the reviews before. I experienced the awful experience. I experienced with this company. So right after signing up I read the fine print and decided that I no longer wanted to do it so within 20 minutes of downloading app and entering my card information. I cancel subscription. And ask for refund. Well then, I'm told that there will be no refund. Because that's what they used to pay their providers blah blah blah . Then I call and I speak to a representative and I explained to them that I didn't even use the service for an hour. He hangs up on me . Then I decide to send email via portal. first off the Reason I didn't like it at all is because it's so confusing. You get all these emails from these different people saying they're this person in that person. My provider tells me her name's Raquel. Something and she's my care coordinator but she's also my provider. That's gonna prescribe me my medication. How's that? So I'm finally put out and frustrated. So I send an email saying that I'm gonna go to the B. B. B. The better business bureau if you will. So then I try to log in after that message. My accounts gone. That violates so many laws in the United States. Because my membership was supposed to be good until August 4 th no matter what. But for some reason now I can't access the website even my portal is gone so on and so on then out of the blue today I get a text message from z e a l t h y saying they're going to offer me an additional 10% off my medication. Well how do I utilize that I can't get on the app anymore to order my medication. Basically it's a scam and I'm still going to the BBB . Because I also called today after receiving said text message and I called at 5:30 Eastern Time and was told to hold for 7 minutes my call would be answered in 7 minutes I sat on hold for 33 minutes I guess everybody had left for the day. This company is TRASH!!!!

I didn't even want to give them one star. I signed up under false pretense and cancelled that very day within an hour. The first person I spoke with said yes we will refund your $39 since you did not use any services. Then I got a phone call and that person's said yes it is being processed to return your money. Then I sent an email after 25 days and was told no refund is being processed. Then they emailed me back and said it was being processed and then I've gotten 2 emails since telling me there is no refund None of these people know what's going on so I wouldn't trust them to give you any medication if they can't figure out where $39 is. They just may poison you since they are all confused and can't just find my account and the processing of a simple refund.
