Don’t use this scam of a company. They will charge your card without permission and there is no way to speak to anyone at customer service. I’ve had to file fraudulent charges against them.

From the beginning, their website and app did not work. Every page that I tried to access messages said server not found or this page does not exist. Send up red flags for me immediately that I could not communicate and access them either by laptop or in the app on my phone. I went and checked reviews with the 2.7 star rating and many of them being one star or less telling about fraudulent charges and ongoing charges after cancellation random fees random charges which were not explained or legal. I canceled immediately the next day and no charges had been made except my initial $39 non-refundable membership. After confirmation of my cancellation I continue to get six or seven messages that day that I could not immediately access. Once or twice I was able to get through and respond to the people in the text in the app that I had canceled the account and they checked and confirmed it and still I was charged $670 that I had to fight every single Department and eventually went through my bank under disputes and took 3 weeks to get that money back. I was assured that the account was closed that all of the credit cards were not on file and they had taken all my information down and here we are a month later they've just charged me again and I got another fraud suspected fraud flag from my bank I called them I canceled the card and yet the charge went through so now I have to go through dispute again. I was enrolled for about 11 hours never received any product which they said could take 3 weeks but payment obviously happens immediately and the more I read the more people report that they have been charged and charged and charged over and over and over on canceled accounts and fees that were never listed. Do not waste your money do not fall prey to this fraudulent company!

They bill me $135 four times within 2 weeks.

If I could give them -5, I would. FRAUD!!! Scam! Needs to be reported to AG. I just looked at their website, they charged me $39! For ‘membership’. What membership? I thought it s first month try. Then the prices popped up, not affordable for me. I saw they charged me. I immoderately told them to refund the fee. They said they already charged because the doctor looked thru my files. In 5 minutes? They deserve class action. Law suit. Probably does not have all proper certifications. They also are harassing me. Like 4 different people sending me e mails with the same bs.RUN!!!!!

If I could leave negative stars I would! Signing up with this trash excuse for a company has been the biggest mistake and nightmare of my life! Their customer service SUCKS! And that’s putting in as nicely as I possibly can. I have called in 3x now and emailed and texted and sent messages through the app telling them to stop trying to charge my card! I have canceled the damn membership and deleted my account and today alone there have been 6+ attempts to bill my card for $199 and $698! My bank charges me for every denied charge! I have requested my membership fee be refunded since I will NEVER use your services and no one has responded to that request. I called customer service and requested a supervisor and the agent argued with me and then put me on hold for what she claimed would be 2-3 minutes. I hung up after waiting 34 minutes with no one ever coming back to the line. I’m now back on hold AGAIN after calling back!! This is absolutely the worst experience and I wouldn’t wish this company or their highly questionable practices on my worst enemy! RUNAWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN!! I will be contacting an attorney! Refund my money! And stop billing me!!

I want my refund that I asked for before you sent the product to me. This company is a joke. I have not used the product and I dont know where to send it. I have sent many emails and no one has responded. Generated replys that do not fix the problem. Plus they over charged me. The first 3 1/2 weeks while waiting for them to send the product, I was told I paid for 2 months but I actually paid for 3 and they charged my monthly fee twice for the first month. I got so mad I canceled and asked for refund. I still had no product and I was being over charged. The next day they sent out the product when I had already asked for a refund. I am going to the BBB again since it has been since June 2, 2025 that I requested the refund and no one has responded to my emails.

Not only did they charge my card three times for a two month refill, the app attempted to charge me a FOURTH time in order to schedule it. Then I reached out (several times) for help no one answered for over a month, at which point I had long run out of my medication and could not move on to the next refill without re-upping my membership which I did not want to do for obvious reasons. Attempting to get the money back for the refill I never got was an exercise in madness and I'm not convinced I haven't been talking to chat bots. A new name responded every time and they continually went in circles, offering my a refund then claiming I'd already been refunded (referencing the original two error charges from months earlier). They then would tell me they would send me the meds but then say they couldn't send the meds because my membership was set for cancellation. And yet! They just charged me for a renewed membership! $650 underserved dollars I now have to try and get back from my bank because this company is just a scam Update: Weeks later and I'm still getting the exact same replies, each time from a different name associated with the same email. Three times I've been told my issue is being sent to the "pharmacy escalation team". The only progress that has been made is they claim the charge was not for a renewed membership but for my prescription! What prescription one might ask, since no prescription has been received for months. At this point I'm thinking I need to cancel my whole credit card to keep them from charging anything more and bring the fight to my bank Save yourself money and stress and stay FAR AWAY from this company

If I could give Zealthy zero stars, I would. My prescription was prescribed to me on June 3rd 2025. It is now July 24th 2025. I never received my prescription but was charged 149.00 for the prescription. Zealthy attempted to charge me the membership fee as well. I reached out by phone, email, and Zealthy app messaging to ask where my order was. I kept getting the same line, “your order has been placed but the pharmacy has not yet shipped it out. We will send you tracking.” I then called to cancel and get my 149.00 refund. I was only refunded 110.00. Zealthy stated it’s a 39.00 fee for prescribing the medication THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. They basically stole 39.00 from me while attempting to charge me the monthly sham membership fee of 249.00. This company is a scam.
