Hello Tracy! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion on how our Weight Loss program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and a Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. I do see that our team has already canceled and refunded your membership as of 2025-05-15. The $39 refund back take 5-7 business days to post back to your card. Hello Feddie! I first want to apologize if there was any confusion with Semaglutide. Semaglutide has the same active ingredients as Wegovy, but it is not the same exact medication.
