Signed up and provided information. they never ran my insurance.spent 4 months trying to get service while paying monthly membership fees. When they finally engaged, they refused to invest in our relationship and give me credit for the time they failed to provide service. Why would I trust a health care company that doesn't care about me? Never got to order product or experience anything positive.

Stay away!I signed up on 8/1/25 for a 3 month subscription and I was told it was 454.Expensive but I was willing to pay that then my card is immediately charged 671.Thats a big difference between quoted price and charge.Now it’s been charged another 39 and 167 even though I immediately cancelled my membership.I will be filing a charge back with my credit card company as soon as it posts.Took 24 hours to get a generic response to my email and no one will answer the phone.Stay far away from this fraud company.Since this review has posted I’ve provided several people with proof of the multiple charges submitted through the links provided and haven’t received a reply from anyone.As of 8/4 I’ve received 167 refund so I escalated to the Attorney General in NY on 8/4 they’re trying to avoid sending back the $670.Last edit I received an email that the $670 is refunded.Update as of 10/2/25 Zealthy is relentlessly contacting me I’ve been harassed by phone email and text and I’ve requested multiple times to stop being contacted then I get a message apologizing and the whole thing starts over.Stay far away from this company!

Zealthy falsely claims their services are covered by insurance, but that’s not true. They charged my card nearly $700 USD without any notice or consent, and the price is completely unreasonable for what they offer.

There crooks I have been trying for three months to cancel this I finally had to cancel my debit card to stop this month they double charged me and tried triple charging me don’t trust them

This company did not issue a refund after they promised in writing to do so and then charged my card triple what they already owed me as a refund a month AFTER I had written confirmation that my account with them was cancelled. And there is no way to go back into their website to delete my information, so they can just keep charging my card over and over. Horrible experience with them—buyer beware.

Absolutely horrible company. Even after canceling subscription, they still took out a large membership fee. They don’t have their stuff together and you can find this medication way cheaper on other sites. New update they charged me again!! Another $135!!! $270 dollars today within two weeks and this is the response I received after calling them today and waiting about 30 minutes to talk to someone! They told me the membership fee is nonrefundable so even after you cancel, they’ll still charge you. It’s now August 26 and I still have not heard from the company to refund my money. I have sent emails.

Absolutely BS. 3 months in and 10 complaint emails later, the customer service is still not able to tell me what does their subscription service offers. Multiple messages to the care team in the very first few days and absolutely no response. No prescription has been taken but they continue to charge me subscription. subscription give me - nada. Nothing. Zero value. Ultimate waste. Not even a single response from your care providers. So you charge hundreds of dollars for someone to even just see what you’re offering before anyone takes a prescription. What is that business model? It’s fraud.

I initially decided to sign up because I thought their pricing was one thing, but after signing up it appeared that the meds were twice as expensive as advertised AND there's a huge "membership fee" to go along with which isn't well explained as to what that's for. So things get lost in translation...ok. But then when I tried to go back to the site to log in, my password doesn't work. So I try to use their password recovery function and it doesn't work. In the browser console there's all kinds of 404 errors to a number of APIs (I write code for a living) so poor programming/bad site. I send an email to support and the first response I get was less than helpful (blame the browser) with no attempt to help - didn't offer to reset the password for me, or give me a key to access my profile. Then I realize I just don't trust these guys so I want to cancel. No refund (even though they did nothing other than market lies to me) and a weird email from another support person asking me why I wanted to leave. So I respond to her and yet another person responds telling me they sent something to some other team to process my refund (so you do refunds now!?) and to be on the lookout. The probably need a better support leader and better programmers. But this has left me feeling the company is less than trustworthy and that brought me here. I wish I had checked before I transacted with them at all. Lesson learned.
