SAVE YOURSELF! If i could give 0 stars I would. I canceled everything with this company less than 24hours from the initial consultation. I was assured that it was all taken care of and I went about my business. A month later I get charged $135 and I called and told them that it was assured that it was call canceled. I even went into the website to verify that it was not active. I told them I wanted my funds returned and they told me they will not return my funds. So I disputed the charge with my bank to get the funds back. This was in May. Well to my surprise I was all the sudden charged this month. I tried to call and was put on hold for over 45 mintues and then someone picked up and then hug up the call. When I tried to call back I kept getting that all agents were busy and I needed to leave a message. I proceeded to email them and have gotten responses from 7 different people and multiple have confirmed there is no account found with my name, email, or phone number but they will not return my money. The are a scam, thieves, and promote fraud against innocent people. I have filed reports with many agencies and will be disputing the charge again with my bank

I signed up for their services but after reading the reviews I called and canceled. They keep charging my account every month even though I canceled the service. I had to cancel my card on file to stop the charges. I tried and tried to get a live person to stop the charges but they do not answer. Beware Beware!! This is a scam company

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Besides the medication not working, I guarantee it's a placebo, no matter what they say, actions speak louder. Now they charged my card that was NOT attached to my zhealthy profile. They offered me a free month for not canceling earlier in the month, but still charged. I'm filing fraudulent charges against them. They should not use any card that is not attached to the profile. Update: I've contacted support with the only response as "My account was active." No it wasn't! I canceled my account 2 weeks ago, way before the renewal date. And when I canceled they gave me a free month (aug), which is the month the charged me for. This company is a complete scam. You would do good to listen to the actual reviews and not the fakes. I tried to email support as stated, and it came back as undeliverable. The reps have completely quit responding. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

These people along with LifeMD charge you from $135 to $175 for a membership and to file paperwork. You are not guaranteed any medication the only thing you a guaranteed is moeny taken from you account for these people to talk to you and give you the run around about prescribing medication. They constanlt encourage you to pay a membership but they stall when it comes to you getting the medication. And you don't get your money back and they make it impossible to cancel their ridiculous membership. They say you can get the help to $35 but they don't tell you that is only for the first online visit and then it is $135-$175 ecery month. THIS IS A SCAM AND A RIP OFF. DON'T TRUST THEM

I signed up thinking the first month of GLP-1 medication was $39, but was taken to a page to buy the medication. I reached out to support and they told me that was their membership rate - I told them I made a mistake and would like a refund... this was within 3 minutes of signing up. No consultation, NOTHING. I went back and forth with them sending generic messages trying to sway me to stay - they finally told me how to cancel (completely ignoring my $39 refund request - I canceled on July 12th and asked about the refund. 4 times, I went unaswered until today, when my "membership renewed" even after I went through the steps to cancel it. Another $135 for NOTHING. Run away from them - they will rob you and ignore you.

This is my 2nd review. I thought my cancellation of my “membership “ was finally cancelled as I received and email to that affect That’s when I wrote the 1 st review. Well it wasn’t cancelled and they took $135 dollars out of my bank account yesterday-weeks after I was told it was cancelled by the online portal and by an email. Yesterday I was told I wouldn’t be billed again. Today I received an email stating my membership is still active and I will continue to pay. This is a real scam. I have not even bought any meds from them. Each email is from a different person. They are stealing money from me
