Don’tGetZealthy!
Don’tGetZealthy! Zealthy is by far the worst business I’ve ever had the misfortune to have engaged trusting. Its format is anything but customer service centric, yet they are in healthcare. It is unethical to charge customers without email correspondence from said business verifying the charge. The only way to discover charges is reviewing your bank statement. They offer no refunds to customers, even those who have never ordered products or received medical consultation. It is essentially impossible to cancel a membership or a subscription. Responses populate your email from a litany of different ‘Zealthy’ email accounts, so there is never going to be a single person handling or managing your account. If you are even considering a weight loss journey, please go elsewhere. The amount of cortisol raised in your body from efforts to cancel and/or seek a refund from this company will surely result in weight gain. This business is the prime example of customer betrayal. Trust pilot is the only website a customer can really and truly gain insight into the misgivings of this business.
