NIGHTMARE! It's a bait and switch and false advertising and they absolutelywill not leave you alone to the point it is harassing. They advertised $150/month for 6 months. Pricing was ACTUALLY $866 for 3 months, but they won't even give you actual pricing until you pay the $79 joining fee. Obviously I didn't pay $866 for 3 when they advertised 6 months for $900. So I just didn't checkout, whatever, they can keep the measly joining fee. Then the calls and emails started. 3 automated calls a day at all hours to my cell telling me to finish joining, subscribe, plus 2 emails a day. I gave them my real contact info because I was planning to work with them. Everytime they called, I pressed 1 as instructed to talk to a real person, there was no opt out option, call just hung up on me. I replied to every email asking to be left alone, explaining the bait & switch and that I didn't want to join. Got back automated responses trying to sell me cheaper meds. They still won't leave me alone a month later. Try literally any place else. EDIT: They responded here to say "contact our Customer Service email so we can resolve this for you" - I've BEEN contacting that Customer Service email everyday for over a week AND I've tried calling them - they haven't resolved anything. 2nd Update: After 10 days of back and forth, I was told today that I have to do the online portal cancelation. It was trying harder to stop me from "canceling" than a gym membership and I got an immediate call at 7 am to "verify my cancelation." Do not give this place your contact info, they will never let you go!

Absolutely horrible company! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! They are scamers and thieves. I have canceled like three times now and they are still taking my money.

I paid $679 for a three month supply. I did not get 3 months worth. I am still being charges $135.00...for what? I think overall it is a scam with this membership fee. I call bulls..t.

Do not let them scam You!!!!! They will authorize extra charges on your card, they work along side another scam pharmacy and don’t send you the correct medication OR dose!!!’ I wish I would’ve read the reviews before. I had to cancel My cards and change everything!!!!! This is such a shady website, I don’t know how they haven’t been shut down yet!!!

I forgot my password. Requested several times to reset it. Did not get follow up email to do so. Just tried agsin and now it says my email doesnt exist. They keep texting me to refill my prescription, which I cant, but took my monthly fee. I have replied to the text, which they have responded to them before, saying I want my money back and I still havent gotten it! I want 2 months fee back now because all i got was harassing texts and NO support!

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give these scam artist thieves a ZERO I would! I literally just wanted to find out the cost but in order to find out the cost you MUST enter your info, which I did not thinking an inquiry would cost $39 and AUTOMATICALLY sign me up! Within minutes I called up pissed off that they scammed me and told them give me my money back and cancel any fraudulent subscriptions, they did after I made multiple calls, sent emails and never completed any assessments. Mo medication was received and my money was refunded. All good, or so I thought. Over the last two days they have attempted no less than TEN times to STEAL money from my apple card (I never keep money on there so they can keep trying). I have sent multiple emails again but they just keep trying to steal that money. You can never speak to customer service only via email. I cancelled the subscription AGAIN because they said it was never cancelled yet they refunded me the initial fee. They are scam artist praying on people who want to lose weight and roping them into subscriptions when they are looking for pricing. If they do not stop trying to steal from me I will be contacting the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION! FIND ANY OTHER COMPANY STAY AWAY!!

This is the worst customer service and essentially. All they're trying to do is get a monthly subscription from you and I never send a medicine on time after you after your initial shipment, keep asking you for more money. You get one month supply in a charge for 2 months. Absolutely.Remote, absolutely, the most poorly run online business.I have ever experienced. And that's over a several month period trying to get it to work, giving them the benefit of the doubt several times only to be shorted again and again website is difficult to use poorly designed and only intended to Get you to spend more money. No one there really cares about your health or your weight loss goals.I never received a message from my coach per se although i've been asked to review them every time I go online
