Not typing it out again

I canceled my membership the same day. My order was not reviewed until after I canceled and they are still trying to charge me $329 for a service or product I did not receive. It has been 1 month since I've canceled and they tried charging me 14 times for $329 since July 23rd and is still trying to charge me til today. Emails have been going back and forth, but it's no help. Customer service are bots and the 5 star reviews seem paid or are bots. I canceled because my PCP was able to prescribe it for me. Why pay $329 a month, when I can get it for $75 for 3 months. I do NOT recommend. It's a scam, for sure.

They stole my money and will not rprovide the service I was promised. I purchased the 6 month prescription and was provided the first three months of my medicine. I reached out to receive my second half of medication and despite what they have on record, I have to prove how much medication they gave me before I can receive my refill but this request came a month after going back and forth of my request. Not only that I still have not received my medication after paying over $1,700 for my prescription then they charged me $135. I am looking to do a class action suit!!! This is ridiculous

If I could provide a 0 star review, I would. You pay a membership fee for their coaching, which talks to you The first few days of your membership and then fails to return any messages at all. Most of their support responses are AI and not applicable to an inquiries. They also failed to refill my prescription and so far I'm 26 emails deep waiting for a refund and resolution. This company is 100% a scam. They are an expensive scam.

This company needs to be shut down serious fraud and scam artist. They attempted to charge me about 30 times an amount that was not approved only one went through,I have made 13 attempts to speak to a member of management and nothing but the run around, zero call backs, zero response to the multiple emails

After 28 emails with customer service, I have been unable to cancel my "membership" that I did not authorize. They want me to login to manage my own membership but, that doesn't work and even when I send screenshots of what I am seeing - they still request I do the same things I have previously done. DO NOT use this company - you will definitely PAY if you do... find ANYTHING else. **UPDATE** After doing what the reply to this review suggested, some other random "support" person responded with the same stuff I have already been asked to do, done and sent a screen shot of... RUN.

At first, they were all excited to help you with your weight loss journey. You end paying for a membership then paying for the medications on top of the membership. When the 4 weeks are over, you have to pay for renewal of the membership. When you want something little more affordable, they will continue to push the GLP-1 to you even if you can't afford it. When asked for another medications and want more information, they don't give you anything. Me personally, I canceled my subscription but still being charged for the medication that I couldn't afford. Trying to talk to them is horrible via messaging board or phone call.

This company is absolute trash. They try to make it seem like medication is $99 for the first month which I was okay with paying. Turns out I was charged over $200 and that was without receiving medication. I immediately cancelled my membership the same day. Have been going back and forth with them for a refund since June. August 6th rolls around and I'm charged another $135. for what? cancelled the membership and never received medication EVER!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DONT EVER USE ZEALTHY
