SCAM. The moment they have your card details they will START CHARGING YOU AND WILL NOT STOP. They will NOT SEND MEDICATION but they WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU. They won't refund you, the entire customer service is offshore and will hang up on you. I had to close a bank account to avoid being robbed further, I lost over $400 to these people.

All started well with this company. Then issues with reorder…and no delivery. After weeks of correspondence which went nowhere I cancelled the order. Tried to get membership refunded to no avail. Buyer beware.

These people are crooks! Warning, they will steal your money. They promised numerous times to refund the money they took out of my bank account after they said I didn't have an account. They stole $405 from me and I had to get the bank involved. ******WARNING*****

FRAUDULENT company with horrible customer service. BUYER BEWARE! It's all fine until you decide to cancel your account. They continued to charge me even after I cancelled (and received a cancellation confirmation email). They REACTIVATED my account without my consent and continued to bill me. I have reached out to customer service repeatedly and it has still not been resolved. There are too many other companies out there that offer the same services, go with someone else... do not be fooled by this one!!

I called to inquire about their services and agreed to their $39 charge to talk to a provider. The provider explained that I did not qualify for a GLP-1 because I am on Medicare. So .... they refused service and have proceeded to charge me monthly since. They have charged my credit card 5 times for $135 when they denied service. I have called ... no one calls me back. I have now cancelled my credit card to eliminate future charges. BEWARE!!!

This company has been double and triple charging me for a year, I have cancelled service and still this month they charged me three times after I cancelled and the bank said there were 4 other attempts to charge that they denied. SCAM do not use Zealthy!!! And the charges are coming from Zeathly in CO, NY and FL.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CARD INFO. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. It was an absolute shit show. Hidden membership fees, I was charged $866 when I thought it was a special for $160 a month but then they add on membership fees. So then I tried to cancel the order. They said I couldn’t because it was already sent to the pharmacy. So I was gunna take the L, and just get the meds. Then after calling multiple people I finally got my membership canceled but they said it wasn’t gunna cancel until June of 2027. Then I got on the phone with a really nice person and he said after the 3 month membership I paid for is up I won’t get charged, but will still get the 3 month supply of meds I paid for. Then 2 minutes after that call someone else calls and says my prescription was canceled and I was being issued a refund. Based on the other reviews we will see if I get my full refund or not. And will later see if they will continue to charge me for a cancelled membership like everyone else. Tbh the whole operation is a shit show. Some nice costumer service helpers but most of the time they don’t listen and try to give you a 10% discount instead of listening to your needs. If you can get a hold of someone.

They took money from my account a second time without permission!! I have no membership with them but they took money from me. And customer service keeps hanging up on me and is refusing to let me speak to a supervisor because a supervisor helped me the last time get my money back. Horrible Horrible company
