Zealthy stole my money. Charged my card $1177, sent me nothing, then told me they never charged my card, when clearly it cleared my account and I sent them proof that it did.

It started out pretty good. I paid the subscription fee and the product fee, and I received my Trizepatide prescription on time. The following month, they double charged me for the next month's prescription. I called them, and got a hold of them pretty quick. They admitted to the double charge and they were refunding one of the charges right away and told me that I should see it back in my bank account in about 5 days. Almost 10 days later I attempted to call them back because there was no refund in my bank account, and I could not get a hold of them. Nobody would answer their phone lines. I tried messaging them multiple times on the app that I had, along with emailing them multiple times. All with absolutely no response including after leaving phone messages. After about 15 or 20 messages they messaged me back saying that they're very sorry and understand my frustration and they have escalated it to a higher refund team. And then I wouldn't hear from them for another two or three weeks and 15 to 20 messages. Finally I started a complaint with my bank against Zealthy to get my $1,133 and I filed to close my account with Zealthy. My bank got my money back and I figured all was done. Until the following months there was two charges from Zealthy on my bank account. I quickly got in touch with my bank to dispute those charges again. They took care of it even quicker. The following month. Sure is Clockwork there was another charge from Zealthy, and once again I contacted my bank to dispute the charges, and once again my bank took care of it very quickly. This morning I woke up to a message from my bank's fraud department telling me that there is a charge from FITRX, a Zealthy company for the $135 monthly membership fee. Due to previous reports about this company my bank blocked the charge, and have now shut off my card and are sending me a new card. Now I have found by Google that Zealthy does not have any class action lawsuits, however they do have government lawsuits against them. I am however going to keep my eye on everything and should have class action lawsuit come up I will definitely be joining it. Anybody thinking about signing up with this company should definitely not sign up with this company. All they will do is steal your money.

I only used this service for one month then cancelled, they have consistently tried to charge my cash app card every month and I am lucky it usually never goes through because I only transfer money to that card on occasions. Well that occasion recently happened I was about to pay bills with that money and to my surprise most Is gone and Zealthy took it. I emailed them and got a response it was a system glitch and they can see I cancelled several months ago actually close to a year!!! She promised it could be resolved in 7-10 days and it’s been 15 days now. I do email everyday asking about my refund and always get run around. They even say I may not receive it. It all depends on their investigation. This company is a bunch of crooks!!! Stay away

This is a terrible company to deal with. After getting locked out of their system and charging me for three months, without delivering any service, Zealthy finally heard my complaints and refunded my 3 months of payments. And now — after thinking I was done with these idiots — they are still charging me a monthly fee. These people are absolutely clueless. Do NOT under any circumstances waste your time or money dealing with this clown show of a company.

This company will not stop trying to charge my account for product I do not want. They attempt the charge weekly and lie about fixing the situation. I have contacted them 7 times and they tell me I will no longer be charged and then try to charge my card again.

This company steal money and lie

$2,400 in charges including double billing for a form that I filled out over one year ago. I never had one appointment nor one delivery or request for medication. Called over one year ago and still billed even after off boarding. Canceled my credit card upon discovery. No reply from customer service. Nada.

Stay away from this company!!! They charged me $670 on 6/5 for a 3 month supply, have sent me nothing and will not respond to my emails asking for either the product or a refund. I learned after they took my $670 that as of 5/22/2025 the FDA has prohibited pharmacies in this country from manufacturing the compounded products Zealthy was in the business of peddling. I guess Zealthy management intends to continue signing people up for a product they know they cannot supply. This is FRAUD and I intend to take them to court.
