Hello! I am truly sorry to hear that we can not help you on your weight loss journey. We do ask in the intake section if you currently have government insurance. If you choose "yes" on this question, we automatically stop the process. If you choose "no" then we will continue the sign-up process. I do want to assure you that Zealthy does want to be able to assist patients who have governement insurance. However, government insurances have put restrictions on us being able to assist their patients with weight loss options. Again, I understand this can be frustrating.
