I was charged for services that was never rendered, not to mention they continue to charge me. I never authorized them to charge my credit card. I'm fed up I am filing a class action law suit to stop these thieves from stealing from myself and everyone else. BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE...EVEN AFTER CHANGING CREDIT CARD INFO THEY BROKE THROUGH. NOW THOSE ARE REAL THIEVES. ONE MORE THING EVERYONE SHOULD TAKE TGEM STRAIGHT TO COURT RATHER WASTING TIME DISPUTING CHARGES. ALSO THERE WAS NEVER ANY CONSULTATION WITH ANY DOCTOR. NEXT IS TO CONTACT THE MEDICAL BOARD AND FIND OUT WHO ARE THESE SO CALLED DOCTORS THAT ARE DOING " SO CALLED EVALUATIONS"

3 attempted charges today alone!!! *Fraud alert*
3 attempted charges today alone. Numerous cancelations with emails and screenshots to verify. And they hit you with a withdrawal. Often. 3-5 AM. And today they hit me for 3 more. I'm on my 4th new debit card in 23 days. They will not stop. It. Spare me the stupid auto reply. Use that time to take my name out of zealthys mouth!!!!

Avoid this like the plague
Avoid this like the plague. I cancelled in march before they sent me anything. Charged for product never delivered without refund. Keep charging me even though I cancelled. Customer service is horrible you tell them you want to cancel and they just keep charging my card.Ill have to cancel my card number if I want them to stop. you cancel on your profile and go back a few days later and back active like you did nothing. I am going to sue on GPs alone .They are shady AF. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all cost. Completely miserable situation. And the only way to edit payment method is by providing a new valid card.you dont see any cards on file, you therefore cannot delete card. all it does it just accept valid new card and stores it.Shady.

Is less than 1-star available?
Is less than 1-star available?
I created an account on Zealthy (because the flow essentially makes you to talk to anyone). That's fine. I was interested in Zepbound (tirzepatide) 15mg. The customer service rep was extremely responsive, very polite. However, they were unable to help me at their advertised price, so after having entered my information, I closed out the conversation and the app. Since I didn't order anything, I figure I had not signed up for anything. That turned out to be incorrect and I was charged a $135/month member fee.
Mind you, Zealthy could not legally help me or ship me any meds/write any prescriptions, because I had not undergone identity verification (which, incidentally, didn't stop them from charging my card...bc they didn't care whose card it was as long as they got paid).
I emailed customer service to request a refund and told them I had recently been laid off, so the refund actually meant something to my family. They acted sympathetic, then refused the refund because I was an "active member". So, I logged in, took screenshots and sent them proving that I had never verified my identity, so I could not have made use of their service, and therefore, could not be "active". I didn't even realize I had a membership. They don't give refunds to "active" members. The only time they refund is when there is a technical error. I made them aware that this effectively is a no refund policy (as if they didn't know).
They (won't name names) escalated it, and I was told the same thing again, no refunds for active members even if no service was rendered or benefit was gained. Didn't even matter if it was impossible to legally gain a benefit...just no refunds.
I informed them that I was disappointed and would be posting my experience on TrustPilot, the BBB, and Google reviews (at a minimum). 7 minutes later, I got an email saying there had been a technical error and my account was double charged (it wasn't), and that I was receiving a $135 refund.
The people working in customer service probably aren't the problem, but management is likely forcing this on them, and apparently management aren't people with any sort of integrity. I wouldn't trust them with a meaningless account, far less, my health. If they are cutting corners and refusing refunds for stuff like this, you can bet that they are cutting costs and corners on any medications ordered from them. Caveat emptor.

Hi David, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be charged without being able to actually use the service. That’s never the kind of experience we want for anyone. We’ve already sent you an email so we can look into your account details more closely and work toward a resolution. We truly hope to make this right for you and appreciate you giving us the chance to address it directly.

Beware – Repeated Charges After Cancellation
I cancelled my account with Zealthy multiple times starting back in May, yet they repeatedly tried to charge my credit card. At the same time, I continued receiving “come back” promotional emails, which clearly shows they knew I was no longer an active customer.
Despite my cancellations, the billing attempts never stopped. It got so bad that I had to cancel my card and get a new one just to block Zealthy from trying to take money from me.
This is not just poor customer service — it feels like fraudulent billing practices. No legitimate company should continue charging after multiple cancellations.
Anyone considering this service should first review the BBB complaints and the Reddit threads where many others have reported the same problems.

Deceptive Billing, Refused Refund After Cancellation
I signed up for Zealthy thinking I'd be billed $25/month with insurance as advertised. Instead, I was charged $454 up front without consent. I called the same day (7/10) to cancel and was walked through the process by support—multiple times. They claimed the cancellation "didn't go through" and escalated it, saying it would take 24–48 hours. While I waited, they shipped the order anyway, knowing I had already canceled.
They later refused a full refund and only offered me $90.80, claiming "policy" as their excuse—completely ignoring my timely cancellation and the misleading pricing. I disputed the charge with my bank, but Zealthy contested it, and the bank ruled in their favor.
I’ve now filed with the FTC, and I want others to know: Zealthy is not transparent, their pricing is deceptive, and their customer service will run you in circles until it's too late to stop the charge. If you're considering using them—don’t.

I would rate ZERO if possible
Zealthy is nothing but a money pit. You’ll pay a “membership fee” and get zero in return. They’ll happily auto-withdraw your cash while dragging out the process of actually sending medications.
I was strung along with endless excuses about “prior authorizations” — 8 months later and $945 gone, I received NOTHING.
Zealthy is hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the stress and your money. Do not pay a cent to these ZESTLESS people.
