DON’T GET SCAMMED!!! They become a parasite to your financial institution!!! They take, and never send you what you paid for! I pre paid for 3 months of service April 1st, It is September 12th, I still haven’t received what I paid for! I do get multiple attempts to take more money several times a day! I also receive every excuse under the sun! I have been on an endless merry go round of interrogations! They want me to prove that I have been shorted? It’s ludicrous! All I want is what I paid for!! I get email from different people every time! Never the same person! Having to explain same story over and over, with no results! Total crooks, SCAM, SCAM,SCAM!!! This company needs to be shut down, investigated, fined, jailed! Show me the class action lawsuit, where do I sign up!!

After canceling my account with multiple confirmation emails that the account is cancelled and both me deleting my card from the account and requesting my account be completely deleted, this company has continued to attempt to charge my card over 26 times!!

Do not believe anything Zealthy reps say on here. I cancelled my subscription and received email confirmation. More than a month later Zealthy starting charging my credit card again. When I contacted Zealthy they told me I had to provide them with proof that I’d cancelled even though they’d emailed me that same day offering a discount to reactivate my subscription. I was told by Zealthy they would send me an email that I should respond to with proof of cancellation - two calls to them about this and the emails never arrived. I attempted to email them but all their emails are invalid. I cancelled my credit card and got a new one, but they are so predatory they got my new card number and charged me again even though my credit card co said this wouldn’t happen. I’ve spent so many hours on the phone between them and my credit card co. STAY AWAY FROM ZEALTHY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. no wonder they have lawsuits against them. Wish I’d never given them my credit card number.

Order only if you don’t want to receive your medication on time. They’ll take your money very quickly but won’t deliver on the promise to get your medication to you in a timely manner. Over two weeks since I put in my refill and they still have no clue when I will receive my medication. Not even sure I’ll have it for my next dose which would be 2 doses missed. Same generic answers from everyone I speak to. Truly disappointing

Zealthy is a faudulent company. They charged me even though I immediately told them I had changed my mind and although no provider reviewed anything I wrote and no medication was prescribed.

100% Scammers!!! They charge 2-4 times a day trying to get money and text and call and email like the psychopaths they are. Zealthy is a scamming company. Do not bother or you will end up needing to cancel your card.

What a terrible waste of time and money. The app itself can be terribly glitchy, but that is the least of the issues. I began a membership at the reduced intro pricing, was approved for medication, it took weeks to actually be able to place the order for the discounted 3 month supply and membership. Then I was charged $135 twice for membership, while waiting over a month for confirmation of the medication shipping. I reached out multiple times, each with a response "our pharmacy is backed up, your prescription is set to ship in 5 business days" multiple times. With the last response being they have been unable to ship because they can't process the payment...however they had no problem processing the membership fee. I've given up with this company. Nothing but a headache.

This is the Worst company I ever dealt with. Customer service is terrible and I am still getting emails from them to pay. I have written numerous emails and made phone calls. STAY AWAY...THEY SUCK.
