Everything was fine until it wasn't
Everything was fine until it wasn't. DO NOT use this company. They are not accredited by the BBB and I see why! This company has zero problem collecting $300.00 for a one month prescription and then not sending the medication. I have sent copies from my bank account proving the money came off my card and then they tell you "your prescription to the pharmacy" it's been weeks and I still don't have my medication I paid for. On top of that crazy $300 price they charge you a membership fee of $150 a month. So not only have I paid the membership fee but also the $300 and now I'm going to have start all over with my dosing because this company thinks it's ok to keep my hard earned money. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! There are plenty more online you can actually get your medication through and not have to pay a membership fee. PLUS....they steal from you. RUN!!!!

SCAM
READ REVIEWS. THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY
I signed up to get on a diet plan with this company, I paid the first down payment, I canceled it the next day. After weeks of calling and emailing them, I had to get ahold of my bank because they are trying to withdraw a $135 from my account this happening every week sometimes twice a week. The bank gave my a new debit card now they will never again. I did file a claim with my bank, they got my money back.
I never received any product from this company.
This company is not even in the BBB, But you can leave a comment on BBB website.
Please do not use this company for your weight loss products they will rip you off and then you will fight to get your money back.

Stay away from this company Zelathy
Stay away from this company Zealty. Scammers. They charged me twice. Said my card was declined. I filed a dispute. Called within 4 days to cancel. Sent several emails to cancel. Zero response. A month later they are trying to charge my card again. I see all the same issues with other complaints. 10/9 they charged my card again. I cancelled by phone and email in August. Zero response. Time to file another credit card dispute. 10/10 I sent the rep in comments below three emails over past week. Zero response. Please don't act like you care if you don't respond. 03/17/2026 never got a returned call. A complete scam.

Absolute Scam: Zero Results, No Communication, and Medication Running Out
I strongly advise anyone considering Zealthy for weight loss to look elsewhere. My experience over the last six weeks has been nothing short of a disaster, characterized by terrible service and zero efficacy.
No Communication and Negligent Customer Service:
The most critical issue is the complete lack of response. For over a week, I have heard nothing at all from Zealthy. I have a critical concern regarding my medication, and the entire customer care team has gone completely silent. This level of inaction is alarming and leads me to believe the customer service team is, frankly, a scam.
Dangerous Medication Shortage:
I have been trying to flag a critical medication issue. I am currently in week six of my treatment, and my bottle of 7.5mg medication is almost empty. I have received no confirmation or resolution for how I am expected to continue my prescribed dosage for the next month. The failure to address an urgent medication supply issue is medically and ethically unacceptable.
Complete Lack of Efficacy (and Worse):
Despite diligently adhering to the entire program—including a strict diet and consistent exercise—I have not lost a single pound. Worse, I have actually gained four pounds. This proves the program and the medication itself are completely ineffective.
The combination of being ignored when my medication is running out, facing a dangerous lapse in treatment, and actually gaining weight after significant expense and effort makes this a program I cannot recommend. It operates like a scheme designed to take money without delivering results or proper, basic care.
Avoid Zealthy at all costs.

Can I give zero stars? SCAMMERS
Can I give zero stars? This company is extremely fraudulent. They were initially great at answering questions until the questions became more specific about the medication compounds. Zero answers ever received to very direct questions. I had already paid for the first round of meds and decided that not being able to get direct answers regarding prescription medication that I would seek out another telehealth company to get weight loss meds from for future rounds. After cancelling the first time, charges were attempted multiple times. Thankfully my bank declined them as fraud. I reached out many times via email to ask why charges were being attempted after I cancelled, and was told I didn’t submit the cancellation properly. I did actually answer the many questions designed to trick you into staying, and did get to the point of the actual cancellation. This in itself should be considered unethical business practice given that you should not have to confirm multiple times that you want to cancel before getting to the real cancellation button. Anyhow, even though I knew I truly did cancel, I followed the process again, as requested, and again… still multiple attempts at charging me after this. Mind you, I was assured multiple times via text or email that my cancellation was processed and that I wouldn’t be charged again. I kept getting messages stating that they tried calling me multiple times to discuss. I don’t want to talk to you people and shouldn’t have to. Just stop freaking trying to charge me when I’ve cancelled multiple times! Strangely, after my banked declined the multiple charges several times as they flagged it as fraud, one of the later attempts was processed by my bank. Not sure why chase would suddenly approve something they flagged as fraud over and over. Thank god I wasn’t short on money because that could really put someone out. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I had to cancel my debit card. Thought that would resolve the issue considering the only payment info they had was my debit card. NOPE. I learn from this experience that there is something called a digital wallet. Don’t know what the technical explanations are behind this, but a company having access to a digital wallet means that even when you cancel your card, get a new card that was never provided to them, they can still somehow try to charge your new card because it is tied to a digital wallet. After a long conversation with my bank I had to delete my digital wallet to keep this company from being able to access any future cards issued. I got a 3rd debit card. This disruption in my digital wallet meant that auto-payments I had set up through other companies all had to be reset. This was a very long process all because of a scam company like Zealthy. I ended up switching to Fifty410 for my semaglutide injections, in case anyone needs a recommendation. No issues with them whatsoever.
