Using Zealthy has been extremely easy to use. I love that I can chat with someone and ask questions and there’s always someone able to answer. I haven’t had any complications or issues using Zealthy! Very satisfied. I wish my medication could arrive sooner, but my coach and everyone assures me and provides info as needed!

They were very helpful dealing with the insurance company in order to have them approve the medication.

My experience with zealthy has been fairly seamless! After trying multiple things for weight loss I’ve been feeling kinda stuck & decided I was finally gonna jump on this GLP-1 bandwagon. I saw Zealthy & liked that they’ll really fight your insurance company for you as most clinics don’t, it’s also convenient that it’s online I’ve got a hectic schedule right now I don’t have time to go wait in doctors offices. Then after signing up I kept getting some conflicting info. Like on the “app” my provider sent me a message saying he approved the drug & it’s now in the insurance stages, great. But I also got multiple emails saying “complete your intake information so we can get started right away” … what? But I’m already past that section. So then I got worried & started to do a bit of googling seeing some of these bad reviews. But ultimately I made an appointment with my provider & he assured me everything is setup & being worked on. I even got the tirzeptide compound while the name brand medication is in the works with insurance. Which I ordered on Wednesday & it was at my door before noon on Friday!! (Granted I live two cities away from their Fort Lauderdale pharmacy lol) My provider, care coordinator & coach have been checking in regularly giving me updates on the statuses of everything & seeing how things are working out. So I’m pretty impressed past the initial fear of signing up for an online program lol. So ignore some of the emails which they really should fix & also the “app” aka web platform isn’t the most friendly UI. I’ve also had issues with video appointments from my phone just not working. It’d be nice to see an actual app with a better interface. But overall I am very happy :)

This has been a great experience for me. The staff have been so helpful on my journey. I do get a lot of duplicate requests to update my information when I already have and already received my medication.
