Good overall experience after an initially rocky start I had some issues with subscription billing during the first few months because I switched from a compounded version to Zepbound, and then my insurance stopped covering Zepbound and started covering Wegovy. Since I had to bounce between different prescriptions, the way Zealthy handled billing made it challenging to cancel one membership and start another. I was even charged an extra month for a canceled membership, but they refunded it about a week later. Since then, everything has been smooth. The 6-month plan works best for me, and requesting refills has been easy. I also appreciate the active feedback on my current dose and the discussions through the messaging system about whether to increase, decrease, or maintain it. Overall, the past 6 months have been a solid experience.
