Hello Jeff! That sure is strange! At this time, we are not accepting American Express cards. You can update your payment information here: https://app.getzealthy.com/patient-portal/profile?page=payment. If you are still running into issues, please give us a call at 1-877-870-0323 and ask for a Lead Coordinator. They would love to help add the card manually on our end for you.
