Update: They did refund all of my money! Thank you! I see the emails and will update this post once funds are received. Thank you.**I have emailed and you all emailed back and told me I cannot get a refund even though I do not have your product and canceled a hour after you took the money from my account.** Don’t do it!!! I went on their site and signed up. I was approved to get a prescription. The communication was great. After reading many of the reviews and getting an email this morning saying it would be 7-9 days before product ships. I decided to go another route. I canceled my membership and asked for a refund. I requested the refund the same day I was approved. Now, I can’t get a response. Hopefully, I will get my money back. They put a fake response on here then sent their drug to keep from refunding my money. I can do nothing with their drug with no doctor. They took $299 and $49!

Hey Crystal! We are so happy to hear that you received the refund. Thank you for updating your review. We thank you for working 1x1 with us and wish you all the best.
