This has been incredibly effective and much easier than I expected. In just over 4 weeks, I’ve lost 14-15 pounds, and my energy has noticeably improved. My appetite is far more controlled i am eating about half as much less than before and no longer feel constant urges to snack. I used to plan meals the moment I woke up, but now food isn’t constantly on my mind. After undergoing two hip replacements, weight loss was essential for my health, and this program has finally made it possible. I am very thankful for the results so far.

I have Cushing’s disease, just diagnosed. The meds the endocrinologist has ordered I am severely allergic to. I am not a good candidate for surgery. So she wants to try and treat the symptoms I am having first as weight gain since I am pre- diabetic. Help with metabolism. Getting the meds has been greater than my financial situation. Last she wanted to order Zepbound. We went to see about Wegovy, and others but very expensive.
