I’ve just started and only on my first week, so I’ll focus more on just the process to get started. The online questionnaire and support was professional and easy to use. They’re quick to respond to answer any questions. And I received my medication within the allotted time. They said I would. Even provide me with the tracking number. It has been a really good experience so far And I’ve lost 2 pounds in my first week. It’s been an exciting experience.

Super easy process and easy communication with providers and coaches. I really like that they send three months at a time and the refill process was seamless. Got my next set of meds before I ran out.
