I wish I could give zero stars. I have been given nothing but the run around. This company sent the wrong vial for three months. Whenever I brought it to their attention with screenshots and videos they seemed so confused. Too many bots. Never dealt with a practitioner and I always received the wrong meds. Even with documentation they played dumb. I wonder if they understand that you can’t give the wrong dosage of medication and then try to lie about it. Stay away from this company…really.

I contacted them to meet with a psychiatric care professional to get my medication refilled. My insurance got switched so I needed a new provider. Everything seemed fine. The provider and I went over my condition and medications. She said she was sending my prescriptions to my pharmacy on file. She also wrote that up in a message to me. The next day I called the pharmacy and they had nothing from her, nor prescriptions for me. As I emphasized to the provider, my one medication has life-threatening consequences for missing even one dose. I guess she was lying when she said she understood. When I contacted getzealthy’s customer service center, the person said I’d hear from my provider within 1 to 2 business days. So, I ended up paying them for nothing and winding up in the ER. This company is beyond dangerous. Please go elsewhere for healthcare.

Be aware people you never ended up paying what they said, there’s always hide fees and also sell you a 3 month membership that’s is actually not true they will continue charging after that period without you knowing or approving and they will never refund that money back

Customer service for this company is beyond horrible. When reaching out for help, no one gives you a direct answer and even if you can get someone on the phone to talk to, they have no answers for you either. Upon ordering medication through this provider, it took a month to get it delivered, at which point they tried charging me for another month of membership despite the fact that the first month was spent waiting. There has to be better options out there! Would not recommend Zealthy whatsoever

This has to be one of the worst run companies. They do not know the meaning of customer service. No one knows what they are doing. One doctor says one thing and another one contradicts what he says. The people who reply to the messages, when they do... Do not go back and read previous messages to see what's going on. I've tried calling and only get voicemail. When I did get someone on the phone first she said she couldn't find my account. Then put me on hold and finally found my account. It's been over 10 days and I still don't have my medication. The rep seemed frustrated herself that she offered to give me their pharmacy number so I can call to find out the status of my order because their pharmacy doesn't reply to them with a tracking number. What legit company gives the number to their vendors? Have I lost weight, yes but it's been such a frustrating experience with this company and by the many reviews I am not alone. They are obviously riding the Ozempic wave and trying to make as much money as possible. Buyer Beware!

I ordered 3 months of medication and only received 6 weeks worth. i submitted the refill request on their website on january 4th and still didn't receive my medication that i paid for. on january 18 they stated to me that it was shipped (medication needs to be refrigerated). after i told them repeatedly every other day that i did not receive my medication they only said sorry for the delay they will reach out to the pharmacy. i asked for a refund of my medication since i didn't get it, they state i cannot get a refund because the medication has already been ordered. i now missed almost 3 weeks of a weekly shot. i have no medication, no refund and still getting the run around. i am looking to start a class action lawsuit.

This company is simply HORRIBLE!!!! They are unresponsive for WEEKS! Any questions you may have, you will need to ask multiple times. Shipping is a disaster. From the time I requested a refil till the product arrived was more than 2 months (a month AFTER they deducted the money from my account)!!!! Mysterious charges appeared out of nowhere and when you asked about it, you are directed to call billing and ..... no surprise here, no one answers the phone and messages are left unanswered! Calling customer support was the same. No response and no call back. STAY AWAY! These are simply incompetent!

This company was recommended by a friend. I joined, they took my money and I didn’t receive medication for over a month. When I tried to cancel, they said I was unable to. I finally received 1 month of medication almost 6 weeks later. Then when it was time for my second dose (I purchased 3 mo membership) I was told I couldn’t get the medication I was on and they tried to switch me to another one. I was Inundated with texts and emails after my initial purchase up to 30 a week I even requested they stop and was told that was not possible. This was a horrible experience and complete FRAUD! Please save yourself the headache and go to a reputable weight loss provider!
